From the large living-dining area with workspace and open kitchen you can access your own terrace with a view of the garden, which you are welcome to share. The residential area is quiet and yet not far from the important points of contact in the city of Friedberg (on foot: 3min to town hall, 7 min to Kaiserstraße, 15 minutes to the train station, 17 minutes to the castle).

There are some nice restaurants and a good cultural offer. Butzbach is right on the A5 and A45 and Frankfurt and Gießen can be reached quickly. The apartment is fully furnished and the terrace can be used.
