Im Parkdeck befinden sich die kostenpflichtige, abgeschlossenen sowie überdachten Stellplätze für Ihren PKW (10€ pro Tag/Nacht). Pro Gast und Nacht wird von der Stadt Bad Neuenahr eine Kurtaxe erhoben. Diese ist bei Anreise zu zahlen.

On the upper floor there is a large, cozy kitchen-living room with great views and a fireplace, merging into an open living room, as well as two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. On the first floor there is a small bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It includes a parking space and a private, fenced garden.

The Rhine and Bonn International School are about 1 km away. The Rhine meadow, the Postbank, the WCCB and Telekom are within a maximum of 4 km. Dogs are very welcome. Since I have very old neighbors and the house is very light-hearted, parties and events are prohibited. Night rest: 10 pm

Our apartment in the Haus des Kindes Ahrweiler is located in a beautiful old listed building right in the old town of Ahrweiler on the market square. We have been running the children's shop on the first floor of the house for over 100 years. After the flood completely destroyed the first floor, I took the opportunity to prepare the apartments above it and rent them out as a vacation rental. I hope you like it.
