Schlafen können Sie im 160 cm breiten Bett und auf einem großen Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Beide Zimmer verfügen über Rolläden. Unsere Wohnung ist eine tierfreie Nichtraucherwohnung, für die Raucher gibt es aber einen überdachten Balkon. Wir möchten, dass Sie sich wohlfühlen und freuen uns auf Sie!

The beautiful surroundings are ideal for excursions on foot, by (mountain) bike and by car.

Surrounded by streams, biotope and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modern restored mill property in Bauhaus style with proximity to the city. The light-flooded 90 m² living area is adjacent to a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar has been converted into a spa with a sauna, hot tub, sun loungers and fireplace. From the bathroom/shower you have a direct view of the mill's waterfall.

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

Wunderschönes 147 m2 großes Loft im Geschäftsgebäude der ehemaligen Lippischen Tonwarenfabrik aus dem Jahr 1896 mitten im Naturschutzgebiet. Viel Raum, Licht und Ausblick. Herrliche Sonnenuntergänge, frische Luft und unberührte Natur. Unser Loft heißt 2 Personen + 1 Kleinkind bis zu 3 Jahren willkommen. Auf Wunsch kann ein Klappbett hinzugefügt werden.
