1-room apartment, furnished and renovated. Living/sleeping room with desk, TV, double bed and sofa bed. New kitchen with induction cooktop, fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker Bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer Hallway with built-in closet, washer/dryer. The apartment is located on the first floor of our own home in the musicians' quarter in Bad Soden am Taunus. Approx. 15 minutes' walk to the train station or the center of Bad Soden Non-smokers only.

Nice 80qm flat at the ground floor, completely new built in 2018, with Sauna, backyard, fire place, bathroom with bathtube and big shower and completely equipped Kitchen. Very central, 2 min. to subway, 5 min. to all restaurants/ shopping centers and the lovely historic city of Oberursel, 10 min. along the Urselbach(little creek) to the swimming hall . Frankfurt/M. 10 min. by car or 20 min. by subway. Oberursel is directly located at the Großer Feldberg with lots of excursion possibilities.

The property has a bedroom with a double bed (2mx2m) and a dining table & TV. The second room has twin beds. Between the rooms is the Kitchen. Behind it is a small, unfortunately somewhat outdated bathroom with washing machine. The apartment has a separate entrance and is located in the souterrain of our House. We live on the Feldberg and close to Frankfurt. Airport & trade fair can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Bad Soden is centrally located and yet in the middle of the countryside

With new AC’s (air conditioning units) in each bedroom, solar powered 🌞 (climate neutral). We live on the 1st floor with our child and dog Chili. Public transportation to Frankfurt by Bus and S-Bahn (to Frankfurt Main Station approx. 50min). Please check the house rules for more details as well.

We had a great stay in the beautiful apartment in Königstein. The accommodation was very clean, cozy and well equipped, we felt completely comfortable. The area is ideal for cycling and hiking. Pure nature and wonderful views included! A thank you to Theo and his parents, they were very nice and helpful hosts. Everything was great, we'd love to come back!
