Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. You'll love my place because of the attention to detail, the tranquility, the view of the storks ( in summer ) and the restaurants just around the corner. Up to 14 people can spend quiet and relaxing days in a rural setting - Steigerwald/Romantic Franconia. The days can be filled with cooking together, working, chilling in front of the fireplace, relaxing in the garden, cycling, hiking, city tours, wine tasting, wellness, museum tours, etc.

Courtyard Apartment 1 - Gate to Wine Paradise

In the middle of the wine village of Weigenheim is our apartment with about 35 square meters, perfect for two people. Ideal starting point for cycling or hiking in the beautiful wine paradise of Franconia and the Steigerwald. A feeder to the Jacobsweg leads through the village. Rothenburg, Würzburg and Dinkelsbühl and Feuchtwangen can be reached in less than an hour by car. Nuremberg in about 1:15 hours.

Quiet studio, 10 minutes to the center (U1)

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].

To the east you can see the vineyards of Ipsheim with the medieval "Burg Hoheneck". Cities of interest are Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Würzburg, Bamberg and Nuremberg, which can be reached within 1 hour by train or car.

Cozy attic apartment on the 3rd floor

The cozy 1 1/2 room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our house. We are very keen to make our guests feel comfortable, so we have changed a lot in the last year and, among other things, bought a new, wider bed, replaced the couch and created a reading corner that can quickly be modified into a second bed in the other room 😊

Our new building in Sommerach offers self-catering guests a fully equipped kitchen including A table with chairs is available indoors and outdoors on the terrace. The 160 cm wide cozy double bed ensures a pleasant night's rest. The old town is a 5-minute walk away.

The premises of the former Café Nebenan, previously used as a baking and cooking area, shine in a new look and now warmly welcome overnight guests. Our apartment 4 is on the ground floor of a beautiful old building in the center of Bad Windsheim.
