Holiday rentals with a patio in Badia

We had a great time in the beautiful apartment with a wonderful roof terrace & the most beautiful view. Everything you need was there, the kitchen is well equipped and it was clean. The contact with Clemens was uncomplicated & very friendly :)

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The scenery around the home is absolutely beautiful, and the area is very peaceful and quiet--perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment itself matched the photos exactly, which made it easy to find even though the address on Google Maps doesn't lead directly to the front of the house. Once we recognized it from the pictures, there was no problem at all. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Highly recommended.

It was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had yet. The house is perfectly described on the listing. We found it spacious and well designed. The view from the balcony is something that I have to mention. It is as peaceful as it gets and for someone looking to take a break from everyday life, this is a perfect getaway with a view of the mountains. We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house in May 2025. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and taste the house has been furnished with. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and everything is just as beautiful as it is promised in the pictures. The magnificent balcony and the whirlpool in particular gave us unforgettable moments of relaxation – we enjoyed the time there very much. The hosts also rounded off our stay perfectly: always available, warm and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back as soon as the path leads us back to this wonderful region

Mrs. Annalisa was very kind and helpful to me despite the delay due to work problems. The accommodation is excellent and equipped with everything you need. I will definitely come back next year if possible.

We stayed with my wife and toddler for 6 days. Loved the piece and quiet there. The view is just breathtaking, so it’s worth all the way up and downs. The place had everything and it was so clean, we really felt like home during our stay. The only thing we missed was a chair for the kid. Really recommend this place!

Amazing stay with lovely hosts who did a great job of introducing me to the location and explaining how to best use the Airbnb. They provide so many little amenities in the apartment that truly make you feel comfortable and taken care of. My favorite part of the place was definitely the view from the balcony. An amazing place to relax and get some rest! Beautiful surroundings, really peaceful. Airbnb is cozy, comfy and you feel at home! It’s definitely the best Airbnb I have ever been to and I am so glad that I ended up here for a whole week! Kitchen is well equipped, bedroom is comfortable and atmospheric, I was simply in LOVE!

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all the needs and even the smallest details such as spices, oil and coffee were present, and this is rare and we appreciate it a lot. The bathroom is clean and the water is hot and constant, and the apartment is very warm and suitable for cold weather. The host was very cooperative, gave us the option to pick up the key from his office or meet us at the apartment, and explained everything in detail. The safety point is excellent, and everything is organized and clear. In general, it was a wonderful experience and I give them 10 out of 10⭐️

Great apartment with beautiful views towards the valley and Seceda mountain. Davide was a super friendly and helpful host. Local bus stop just in front of the front door. Comfortable hard mattresses, drying room for ski equipment, parking places.

We stayed there for a week with our dog and it was a dream! The system is very clean and really very well maintained. We felt completely comfortable, the view is fantastic. For most activities you need a car, which was no problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation is super nicely furnished, incredibly clean and modern. The location is very suitable for excursions in the Dolomites. The many recommendations for restaurants as well as the great amenities in the apartment rounded off the stay. Julia was very friendly, proactive and always responded very quickly. We will be back!
