Holiday rentals with a patio in Badin Lake

If I could give our stay 10 stars I would! Mia was the perfect host, and the space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we need. We stayed overnight during a weekend trip to the zoo. Mia was accommodating to an early check-in so our toddlers could get a decent nap. The space is only 15 minute drive from the zoo and walking distance to the downtown area. We ate at the Flying Pig (highly recommend), visited Four Saints Brewing, and let our girls run aroudn in Bicentennial Park. When we came home, we realized we had locked ourselves out. Mia was responsive and had someone at the house in 15 minutes to help us out! I appreciated the adorable coffee bar in the morning before we headed out. This rental is absolutely worth every penny, in accommodations, location, but especially because of the host! Thank you again, we look forward to coming back!

Jane was wonderful to communicate with. Our stay was amazing, and she was very accommodating to our needs or requests even prior to booking. She had everything you need, plenty of sleep space, and CLEAN! If you need a nice peaceful weekend getaway, dont hesitate to book!

We will stay here again and again! Sharon’s location is perfect for us and is only a short drive to our brother’s home. Surroundings are beautiful and peaceful and the house is well equipped for our needs.. Thank you again Sharon and we hope to see you again!

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The location was convenient, and check-in was easy. The dogs did bark occasionally, but that was clearly mentioned in the listing and didn’t bother us. Overall, a pleasant experience and we’d stay again!

We had stayed here previously. This time we found it to be just as nice as the first time. The place was clean and comfortable and the fact that the local restaurants & brewery are walkable is fantastic. We will be back next year.

Our stay was the perfect space for us to rest and relax while we were visiting our family. Despite being June the weather was a little too chilly to enjoy swimming. My favorite morning and evening spot was in the porch swing by the pool. There are friendly hosts and then there are Jill and her family. They were so gracious and made sure we had everything we needed. Quick to answer any questions but ensured we had our privacy too. We have never enjoyed our hosts as much as the brief time we spent chatting with Jill and her husband. There are lots of books, board games, and little amenities like a towel warmer in the bathroom. We had coffee for our mornings and bottled water already in the refrigerator when we arrived- nice after a long drive. We were gone most of the day but arriving at night and having the pool area lit up was so inviting. When we find our way back to the area we hope to find her property available so we can stay again.

Conner was respectful, considerate, and prompt in responding to questions. He demonstrated friendliness and integrity.

Amazing home right on the lake. Lots of room for our whole extended family. Kids loved the kayak, paddle boards etc. Great directions on how to get there and access everything. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook big family meals. Definitely would stay again.

Adorable home with a beautiful view of the lake. The screen porch was lovely and where we spent most of our time at the house. We grilled two of the three evenings and went into nearby Albemarle one night for dinner. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were very nice. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Please keep in mind, if you are bringing a boat, make sure you bring a 4-wheel drive vehicle as the driveway is very steep, and we had to park in the gravel at the top of the hill.

We needed a place to stay for our family of 7 as we journeyed from Ohio to the beach. This was a far better option than trying to find hotel rooms. It was comfortable, clean, lots of room for boys to play, and they loved the four-legged greeter Rocko!

The house felt like home. Everything was clean and is exactly like its described. We will definitely rebook on our next trip up.

If you are looking for a place to stay that is close to the zoo, peaceful, and family friendly… this is the place. Kelly has thought of everything… even for your four-legged family members. Highly recommend this quaint gem in Asheboro!

We had a really great stay. The house was spacious and suited me, my husband, son-in-law and our grandson very nicely. We had a wonderful game night in the dining room with our extended family. The one story house was really helpful for our 3 year old grandson. The front porch is outstanding!! Nice big porch with lots of seating and a porch swing. I will miss reading on the peaceful porch. Furnishings are bright and cheery and a really nice compliment to the beautiful wood floors and wood doors with glass handles. All the rooms and the central hallway are spacious and large. Laundry facilities and kitchen appliances are modern and work well. Beds are really comfortable and bathrooms are appointed nicely.

I enjoyed my stay at this location. It is an older apartment complex but the apartment was clean and cozy. Zain was very responsive with an issue we had and sent someone out to the apartment with an hour to fix it.

I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

It was very clean and everything was in order. It was a quiet and safe stay. The area is clean and all the shops and supermarkets are nearby.

Clarence was very responsive when we had one minor issue with the entry lock, and helped to get it resolved quickly. The apartment was very clean and the neighbors were friendly.

He was very helpful in every aspect. Whenever we needed something, he was always there to help us. He provided everything in his apartments including washing detergent, coffee cup, trash bag and body lotion. There were two tv in the apartment. The neighborhood is very good. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely comeback.
