The house is in Bagni S. Filippo, independent entrance located on the ground floor with garden, kitchen/living room, double bedroom and bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 people, using the sofa bed in the living area. Private parking. The house is a 5-minute walk from the Fosso Bianco, a stream immersed in the woods where several hot water springs converge in a succession of "pools-tubs". It is less than a 15-minute drive to Bagno Vignoni, San Quirico D'Orcia, Abbadia San Salvatore.
