Delightful independent two-room apartment inside an elegant villa a few kilometers from the city of Florence. The apartment is located on the ground floor, with a garden on 3 sides. From the entrance gate on the sidewalk, there are a few steps to access the garden that leads to the apartment. Inside you will find a large double bedroom, a living room with dining table and sofa bed for 2, kitchenette equipped with pots and dishes, and a bathroom with shower.
