Hola, me llamó Gerard. Soy el anfitrión de @MYHOMEPARATI. Me gusta darles la intimidad que se merecen los huéspedes con su propia casa de invitados totalmente reformada en enero de 2024. Podrás disfrutar del espacio exterior para descansar así como de la piscina de uso privado. Estacionamiento gratuito en el interior de la finca. La vivienda esta situada a 15 minutos de Barcelona y a pocos kilómetros de playas y otros centros. (Se aplicará el impuesto turístico en Cataluña 1€ persona/noche)

Our apartment is very cozy. It´s comfortable and surrounded by parks, restaurants, touristic monuments and the beach. You will be enchanted by the location and the ease of movement into the city. My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children), and large groups.

From our centrical place you could reach the most important sights in Barcelona by foot. There also 4 undreground lines and many buses very close for visit all places in the city.
