Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Balatonkenese

We got to know Judit and Sandor as wonderful hosts. Communication was always warm, so the Google translation didn't bother us. In addition to the apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail, we were spoiled with delicacies. Likewise, a bottle of wine and water was available for us as a gift. The apartment had air conditioning that we could use for a fee and that also sweetened the hot days for us. The apartment was just steps from the Balaton swimming beach. There was a supermarket and restaurants in the village. Since we were there in the off-season, the beach was free of charge. In our opinion, a trip to the south beach by ferry and the lake cave in Tapolca are highly recommended. We express an unreserved recommendation for our warm hosts and thank you for the pleasant stay. We had a wonderful time with 2 small children, 10/10. Easy access. The house is very tastefully furnished, everything was there, everything is as in the photos. The garden is breathtakingly beautiful, almost a small forest, beautiful and well-kept, surrounded all around. The children really enjoyed the regular interaction with the animals. Petra is a great host, always quick and helpful. I'm sure we'll be back.

Everything you need is in the house, even more spacious than in the pictures. Despite the spring weather, we caught an unexpected cold, thanks to the various heating options, it was still very comfortable.:) the view is beautiful and the access to the house is provided on good quality roads. Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

Andrea runs her place with a real heart and pays attention to detail. Nicely organized with a garden and lots of fruit. It's also a convenient distance to several good restaurants and breakfast places, such as the Equestrian Harbour and the Bubble in the Group. It is mentioned in the description, but it can be deceptive in the "Entire Home" category as in fact only 2 rooms and a bedroom are given to the guest on the floor of a house. So the place isn't primarily private, it's more cozy :)

We had a great time at the lovely house. The lake and a really nice beach is only a few minutes walk away. There are some hiking/running routes in the forest close to the house. We enjoyed the terrace a lot. The kitchen is well equipped. Communication was easy. We would definitely come again. :)

Amazing location surrounded by peace and so much green space. The house has been taken care off and has been envolved in to a space where you can relax and enjoy quality time together. Plus a nice short walk to the castle and some well deserved refreshments.

It was really incredibly beautiful. Daniel was an excellent host and especially the cherry tree right in the garden made everything even better! Thank you for letting us stay in this incredibly beautiful house and enjoy such a nice time! It couldn't have been better!!

Great location, in a picturesque, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Great for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. An apartment with unique decor, clean, tidy, all the essentials and amenities available on the property. The host is a very positive person. He showed a lot of commitment, openness, was very helpful, and you could count on him. We felt at home. I would recommend to anyone!

An outstanding property! Zoltan is an outstanding host; warm, approachable, highly responsive and super helpful. The apartment is a real gem. It’s imaginatively designed and extremely well appointed including luxury furniture. The air con works and works really well! In bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area. The type of place that really adds value to a holiday. The garden is really beautiful too. A product of care and love over a number of years. Highly recommended

Amazing hospitality received by Ivett’s Husband! The place is confirmed to all description. Everything was great. Only thing when the house is full, we can easily hear from other apartments which is tricky when customers don’t behave. I had to ask to put down music coming from Level 1. Thank you for the very very nice stay.

Great place, close to the lake within walking distance, great host, clear instructions

We were extremely satisfied with both the accommodation and Máté's helpfulness, flexibility and reception. Balatonfüred was within walking distance, but we still had such a quiet and close to nature accommodation that we loved waking up every morning to the chirping of the birds. We would like to return to them in the near future, they did not disappoint us🤩 Thanks again for everything!

its the third time i returned to this wonderful condo and its still the best place! tiny but has everything youll need. cafes, restaurants, beach is within 5 minutes yet its so quiet!

I am very happy with the stay , everything as described , the experience staying on the terrace is indescribable, the apartment is very clean and well-equipped and the contact with the host is very good , he immediately responds to messages. The car had its assigned parking space, so it was a big plus , the neighborhood was extremely quiet and the people living on it were very nice. To summarize, based on my own experience, the apartment is located in a beautiful place , the host is very nice, I hope to have the opportunity to come back here again.

Balázs was very flexible and helpful throughout. The apartment is sophisticated, clean, comfortable. It's in a great location in the center of the city, yet in a quiet location. Highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet area with lots of things to do. We cycled the path around the lake, swam in Lake Heviz and walked up to the lookout from the house. We ate in a great restaurant recommended by our hosts too. The flat has everything you need - we especially appreciated the washing machine. Hot tub was amazing - we used it every night. Communication was great and we received lots of local tips and suggestions. Would highly recommend. We stayed with children aged 8, 11 and 13.
