We stayed for four days and had the most amazing time. I had tears in my eyes saying goodbye to Emerita. She and Diogenes were wonderful hosts who helped us with any questions and pointed out a baby sloth that we never would have seen without her pointing it out. It’s truly a magical place, Déborah. Thank you for your timely responses, accurate description, and recommendations. For those considering—know thyself! If you freak out over bugs, this isn’t the place for you. It’s Pura Vida. My son, daughter , and I loved everything! Morning Mother’s Day walk solo on the beach was perfection. We will return!!!!

Our stay in this Uvita was absolutely wonderful! The Airbnb was perfect — clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach where we could hear the waves and enjoy stunning sunsets. We were also surrounded by wildlife — monkeys, tropical birds, and lush jungle views made the experience feel magical. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and soak up the beauty of Costa Rica. Highly recommend

If you're looking for a spot just off the beaten path with the beauty of the rainforest right at your fingertips and the coast just a short walk away, then this is the place for you. The layout and outdoor living spaces of the home allow you to enjoy the toucans, scarlet macaws, hummingbirds and even monkeys if you have a keen eye. The howler monkey was hard to spot, but he put on quite a show! You'll spot wildlife along the path to the beach as well, so enjoy the short walk. After you've spotted the iguana and what we thought was an agouti, you'll find the truly semi-private beach. We will miss the magic of the coast and rainforest for sure. Uvita is just a short drive away and we liked that it wasn't heavily congested. You'll find a waterfall close to Uvita and we discovered the hidden gem of a restaurant called Tilapias El Pavón. All that to say, we loved the location. It was peaceful and had everything we needed for the perfect beach vacation.

This has been my favorite Airbnb since I have been in CR. I absolutely loved it! We will remember our time on the farm fondly. The view is something indescribable. The open air kitchen was awesome! The bed is super comfy. The steep drive up is a little rough but we made it with a small standard auto rental. I can not recommend this Airbnb enough. Xinia is a beautiful human and I wish I had been able to spend more time with her.
