Stay a stone’s throw from Shakespeare’s Birthplace

This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

At Saintbury Grounds Farm we have 3 self-catering holiday let properties set within the converted outbuildings of our 17th century Cotswold stone farmhouse. Full of charm and character, they are light, comfortable, contemporary spaces, finished and equipped to a very high standard. Can be booked separately or work very well together for larger groups of up to 8 people. The Hayloft is a two bedroom one bathroom first floor, light-filled luxury apartment with private balcony and fabulous views .

Also Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm shop plus many gastro pubs ,Daylesford organic all a short drive.So much to see & do or simply relax.You won't want to leave!

The Garden Room

Newly built comfortable annexe connected to the side of a beautiful Georgian farmhouse. Double bedroom with lovely beams. Fitted with a small ensuite and a kitchenette fitted with a kettle, toaster, 2 ring ceramic hob, combination oven and fridge. Beautiful views of the countryside. Perfect for business trips and holidays all year round. We are close to Aston Martin and Land Rover, approx 3 miles off the M40 J12. 1.5-mile drive to the village which has a Co-Op and pub which does lovely food.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Nestled alongside the meandering river Thames in the south Oxfordshire countryside you’ll find Dorchester. Steeped in history, once a bustling Roman town and a prominent route for pilgrims. We are situated right on the edge of the village; no where near busy roads so it’s blissfully quiet - just the sheep in the field and the church bells. We have some lovely pubs and a great farm shop selling local produce. And Oxford is only 15 mins away!
