Beautifully kept and in a stunning location. The pictures don't do the the place justice. Much more spacious then the pictures let on. Surrounded by fields with horses and chickens outside. My kids loved it. I'll be looking to stay again at some point.

Wow. Just wow! A full 5 out 5, unreservedly. Everything was perfect - a very central location, yet secluded and quiet. A large, beautifully - and unconventionally - designed two-story space (photographs do not do it justice!). Absolutely outstanding levels of cleanliness, everywhere. Wonderful beds, pillows & linens. Great bathrooms (one has both shower and bathtub, the other just a shower). Everything you could possibly need - coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, cleaning products, hair dryer, toiletries, iron, etc. - was on hand. Just wonderful experience overall - thank you, Mamadou and Polly! A clarifying note, as we were a bit confused at time of booking: the description mentions that the flat is not suitable for children. Children are welcome, however there's a possible safety concern - there is a wide ledge without railings on the side of the staircase leading up to the bedrooms. A very small kid getting on it - easy to do from the top of the stairs - could be a problem.

I have absolutely loved my staying here, it was just a perfect weekend. In the middle of peaceful nature, a super clean, charming and cozy mansion which made us love our time in the Cotswolds. It has everything you need to spend both short and long stays here. Perfect instructions to reach the place too. Excellent value for money too. Definitely recommended to families or two couples of friends.

The grounds around the Manor House were beautiful and peaceful. We had hired a car to get around and found it reasonably central to local restaurants and attractions. The key pad to enter the house did prove a bit troublesome initially but no problems once you knew how to use properly. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well equipped with plenty of space to relax. Marcus was very easy to communicate with and very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend the Manor House for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

Lovely place to be close to Buckinham but also to Silverstone Circuit. Perfect stay in a charming and welcome place within a peaceful and silect place. Lovely rooms and extremely clean apartment. To come back again and again. Malcom also suggest some local places to visit and food spots

Compact and well designed place to stay above a terraced garden, with views across to the downs. Plenty of wildlife and birds. I heard foxes and owls and saw bats catching moths at twilight.

My husband and I had such a lovely stay at Sarah and Sim’s place while in the Cotswolds for a wedding at nearby Lapstone Barn. It was the perfect base for us for the weekend - cosy and peaceful and had everything we needed, and more! The breakfast spread was so thoughtful and very much appreciated. Would highly recommend this air BnB. Thank you both!

A gem of a place to stay. It is well equipped with everything we needed and situated in a lovely garden. The friendly village pub is an easy walk away. Had a nice walk around the tranquil pretty village. So envious of the people living there!!! Would definitely like to come back.

It was a gem of a home and both Emily and Scott made sure that guests would feel right at home with their thoughtful gestures like ensuring there are sufficient kitchen materials and generous toiletries for guests. location was superb and it was so easy moving and places. definitely recommend for anyone keen to find a temporary home when visiting Cotswolds.

We loved our stay at The Old Post Office. Elizabeth was a great host and made us feel welcome and right at home. The location in Broadway can’t be beat and we would recommend Elizabeth’s home to anyone wanting a great base to explore the Cotswolds.

I stayed at Francesca’s place for a week while I was in Oxford to attend my course module. It’s a great location with plant of restaurants and shops near by. It was an easy walk for me to get to Computer Science department for the regular classes. I really appreciated how responsive and proactive Francesca was throughout my stay. The place was clean and had everything that I needed.

Loved the view! Felt right at home.

I was staying for a party in the area, so needed to drop my car early and check in late in the evening, which was readily accommodated. The space itself was a very nice, clean and well set up annexe. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen set up for cooking if needed - with a fridge. All in all I was delighted, would have been perfect if I'd needed a few days away for work too.

We really enjoyed our second visit to Kamal’s lovely apartment. It’s rare to find somewhere so well equipped with so many thoughtful touches. It’s in a great location, too - lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and you can get to most other places in Leicester with a short taxi or Uber ride. And we couldn’t wish for a better host in Kamal. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Leicester.

Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

Our short stay at Jon & Laura's was perfect. We loved the patio with comfortable garden furniture, for tea outside on arrival and for a leisurely breakfast. The pristine bathroom was a joy to use. Jon's information on the local area was well-received... we enjoyed our evening 50 minute walk to a pub for food & drink and our morning visit to The Gloucester Quays. (We also won our Tennis match!)

Very responsive host and polite. Good location and have option of BBQ with tools. Also good equipment in the place. Good for a small quick gathering.

Sandip's property is fantastic. This is the second time we have visited and felt comfortable, welcome and right at home. Honestly, one of the best properties on airbnb we have stayed in, perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness.

what a place to stay! absolutely amazing! instructions to access the property are clear and easy to follow, the property is very clean, the astomophere is perfect for what you will be using it for, we had a brilliant evening there, given the temperature on the day we stayed we was very thankful for the air-con unit in the kitchen, plus It would definitely be needed after the activities, it's exactly how it looks on the photos, you won't be disappointed staying here, the host is very friendly and accommodating. I can't fault this place at all, we would definitely book again.

two words absolutely stunning. beautiful home and location, so peaceful, the home had everything we needed for our stay. we would definatly recommend to anyone that's wants to get away. Hosts Mandy and Simon were very accommodating, the only negative we had was that we had to leave, the cows to look at over the field were a lovely addition. Our stay was everything we hoped for and worth every penny. Thankyou so much for having us. ❤️

My husband and I came here on a family getaway with my elderly parents. Extra instructions on how to find the property made it easy to get to. The property is in a quiet area and reasonably secluded with stunning views over the hills where deer and rabbits run wild. Although described as a flat it is more like a house type home ( there was someone in the upstairs flat but we hardly heard them and they were very quiet ). Every morning we were lucky enough to sit outside in the garden with the sun shining to drink our tea & coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped and we had a lovely BBQ too on our last evening. The flat is beautifully decorated with lots quirky touches, comfortable beds and comfy sofa to chill out on. The hot tub was ready when we arrived and was much appreciated every night after long days out touring the Cotswolds. ( We can also recommend The plough at Fork for friendly service and great food ) ! We had a fab time and we were sorry to leave .

Perfect listing. Convenient, near city center, and Sebastian was great at communicating. A fuse blew in the washer/dryer and he was there within thirty minutes and it was fixed about ten minutes after that. The place was perfectly clean and comfortable. The full kitchen was an added bonus.
