Welcome to Villa Salu' (adults only, +14). Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 7 Runke (2 person2) is one of seven apartments in our house. It has one bedroome and is situated on a second floor with a beautiful sea view.

Apartman u samom centru grada, svi sadržaji nadohvat ruke. Pogled iz dnevnog dijela i spavaćeih soba na pulsku katedralu i na more pulskog zaljeva. Objekt je klimatiziran sa tri unutarnje klima jedinice, kuhinja objekta nudi sve sadržaje koji su potrebni za življenje, a u dnevnom dijelu se nalazi TV ravnog ekrana sa satelitskim programima te kutna sofa. Objekt nudi dvije spavače sobe. Kupaona je opremljena walk in tuš kabinom i perilicom rublja. Prostrana terasa je posebna pogodnost stana.

It is located 10 minutes from the beach on foot. The bus station that takes you to Premantura and Pula is 100m away. Local shops, bakery, gas station, self-service laundry, pharmacy and restaurants are located within 600m. We do not accept pets. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: change of linen and towels (once a week), air conditioning, wi-fi.
