We felt very comfortable in this beautiful holiday home in the wonderful town of Bale. The old town house has been tastefully and high-quality modernized, is sparkling clean and comfortable. The communication with Christine and on site with Iva was very pleasant and helpful. In short: a great vacation home that we can recommend without reservation.

It is a very nice little cottage with a very large garden that is surrounded by a high fence, so it is perfect for dog owners. We would definitely come back

The apartment was even more beautiful than the Airbnb description and photos. We felt at home straightaway, great location and really well fitted out. Loved the sleeping space, bathroom and terrace.

Very beautiful, clean, quiet apartment with two separate bedrooms and a living-room plus a large terrace. Really nice hosts who live in the ground floor. Kitchen is small but well equipped.

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

We spent our first Istria holidays here as a couple with a small dog. The accommodation was super modern, very spacious and well equipped with everything you need. The outdoor area with beautiful pool and green turnaround was also great and since it was also completely fenced, our small dog was also able to enjoy full freedom. Andreja also left the additional hot tub on the terrace in May at our request, which we appreciated very much, as it was unfortunately too cold due to the weather to bathe in the pool. BBQ an extra plus. You are definitely dependent on a car, but as a starting point it was very great with about a 30-minute drive to Porec and Rovinj and about 40 minutes to Pula. So there is a lot to do in the nearby area, and you can still relax and unwind in this accommodation. We are more than happy to recommend:)

We were visiting with our dog for a week. The accommodation is nicely decorated and lacks nothing. The highlight is the garden. Beautiful pool, loungers, lawn, trees and the grill. The village itself is quite quiet, but there are some restaurants. If you want to do something, you can simply drive to the neighboring town. We will be happy to come back!

Absolutely lovely villa! Bedrooms are spacious , there is plenty room for all your belongings (and more) ! Garden is beautifully maintained and being able to sit outside on either side of the house (think morning/evening sun) we really enjoyed during our one week stay. Pool is a great plus too ! Proximity of local shop, restaurant(s) is nice and area around Ližnjan is wonderful to explore and many things to see other than great seaside! Josipa and Damir offered help in every way so we really felt welcome and comfortable!

It was a wonderful short vacation. Villa Flegar offers everything you need and more. The house is very tastefully decorated. Unfortunately, we could not use the pool, the weather was just too bad. The landlords are very nice and helpful, but we absolutely had our privacy. We thank you for the wonderful time.

Spent 5 nights here, end of September. 2 couples but room for a 3rd couple. Home was so beautiful, spacious, very clean, open plan. Had useful amenities including pool towels, coffee machine, lots of kitchen condiments, and much more. Host was very helpful and welcoming. Location stunning views very green. Very close drive (5/10 mins drive) to everything we wanted ; Pula Town and also a Beach. Close by Lidl for food. Uber taxis very cheap to get to these place’s ; €7.50 / €8 per trip . Weather was very good - dry and temperature early 20s. Would definitely re visit this home.

Despite the weather, you managed to give us a vacation feeling and relaxation with your hospitality (delicious cake and wine). We hope to see Buddy again next time. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed. The apartment is neat and equipped with every comfort. If we are needed anything (which has not been necessary), we could always contact the host. A super quiet and beautiful area close to cozy villages and beautiful beaches.

The fenced garden, where our dog could move freely, was particularly beautiful. The whirlpool was definitely a highlight and rounded off the stay perfectly. The area is pleasantly quiet and ideal for relaxing. Sandra was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We liked Viktorija's place very much, it has everything you need, we felt very comfortable. The proximity to the beach is also great. I'd love to come back!

The place is beautifully decorated. You feel right at home. There is everything you need. The garden is perfect for switching off. The location of the villa is perfect. All major cities can be reached in less than 30 minutes.

Apartment is really lovely, it has everything you need for pleasant stay and a big bonus is private terasse outside. Location is great if you enjoy walking, bycling or driving around. It’s not far from the city or shopping centre. Very close you can also find smaller markets and restaurants. Host is very friendly, kind and responsive, so there was no problem with communicating about check-in, check-out and he was also open for any kind of help. The most outstanding thing for us was pet friendly enviroment, because our dog could stay with us the whole time. We would definitely recommend!
