Monthly Rentals in Banks

Great place to stay … A little disappointed it was supposed to be 10 minutes from our activity and ended up being 25 due to GPS not locating the actual property. However, the place was beautiful, clean, spacious, and the communication about how actually get there was great when we called. We would definitely stay again even with it being further than we anticipated.

We stayed here while in town for a 6U All-Star tournament, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! The tiny home is absolutely adorable, comfortable, peaceful, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Our kids were in heaven! They loved helping feed the goats and chasing the chickens around the yard. It gave them a fun, hands-on break from the ball fields. My son became best buds with the owners’ sweet dog, Ace, while my daughter was smitten with the stray kittens that wandered up during our stay. It was such a wholesome, heartwarming experience for all of us. The owners were incredibly kind and responsive. They made sure we had everything we needed and then some—fresh eggs, snacks, and even Yoo-hoos for the kids (which was a huge hit!). If you’re ever in the Troy area—whether for sports, a weekend getaway, or just passing through—this place is an absolute treasure. We’re so grateful for the memories we made here and hope to return again someday!

Great location always a great place to stay when we are in town.

Stayed here for a few nights for work and it was exactly what I was looking for. Clean and peaceful with all essentials. Would stay here again if work brings me back here. Connie was a great host.
