The apartment consists of a 20 square meter large living room and a Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and window. It is located in a well-kept house with separate entrance, away from big city noise and yet close. Parking is directly outside the property. Conveniently located 10 minutes from the center by car or tram. Beauty salon and supermarkets NETTO next door. By car only 5 minutes to the highway A17und 20 minutes the airport. Our price is € 40.00 per night for 2 persons including linen, towels and WLAN. A piccolo and a chilled bottle of mineral water are always well prepared .. We rent from 3 nights. Welcome!

Our apartment with separate entrance is located in the new annex of our detached house in the quiet center of Bannewitz. Within walking distance you can reach the bakery (open on Sundays!), supermarket and public transport to Dresden in 5 minutes. This takes you in about 20 minutes to the city center to the Frauenkirche, Semperoper, Zwinger or to the main train station Dresden. From there you can also start a trip to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains or to Meissen. Hiking or biking trails are right outside the front door.

Small summer garden cottage with large terrace in the middle of the countryside. Absolutely secluded location on a mountain, between forest and field – in the romantic park-like garden of Villa Sunnyside, above Pillnitz Castle. It is a kind of hotel room by the forest. The special feature is that a gable wall is completely glazed and also allows a view of the countryside from the loft bed. The cottage can only be heated with an oil radiator and can therefore only be booked in the warmer seasons!

The 50 m² apartment is located in the left house of a three-sided courtyard on the 1st floor. There is another, identical apartment on the first floor. The center of the two-room apartment is a cozy living room with lots of seating. In the adjoining bedroom is a comfortable double bed, as well as a small workplace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, sheets and spices are available. There is parking space and an outdoor seating area. There are beautiful hiking trails nearby.

Welcome to Possendorf. The property is located on a side street, which branches off from the B170 federal highway. The rooms are located in the converted basement of the detached house. In front of it, a covered outdoor seating area is available. The furnishings are new and functional. You can reach the living room with corner sofa and TV and small kitchen, the bedroom (bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet via a separate entrance.

Apartment Ignatz

The apartment is very close to the southern city limits of Dresden. The Frauenkirche is about 8 km away. It is about 30 km to the Erzgebirge or Sächsische Schweiz. Recommendation for families with children: is the theme park Oskarshausen. (only 3 km away) A bus stop to Dresden is 50 meters from the apartment. A dominant male rough-haired dachshund lives with us. We are therefore more pleased to welcome female dogs as pets for our guests.
