Holiday rentals with a pool in Baños y Mendigo

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

Just what we needed, dry relaxing chilled out four days. Everything we needed very peaceful, will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, well-equipped property. Everything you could possibly need was provided, and the place was spotless and stylish. The pool was a real highlight — clean, inviting, and perfect for soaking up the brilliant weather. Roldán itself is quiet, without a huge amount to do, but that’s part of its charm. It’s the ideal spot if you’re looking to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and came away feeling totally refreshed. Highly recommend!

We went to the park, we had a wedding in Murcia and we loved the house. It was prepared with everything to be able to feel at home. Everything was very clean and the truth is that we will repeat soon

Sarah is an amazing host. Always at the end of the phone! Villa was very well equipped for all your needs and immaculate. A home from home stay. The stay was very pleasant. The house was fully equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the pool a lot because the trip was family with different ages and needs and it covered all of them. The house is very spacious, the rooms too, with large closets. It is a residential area where you have to take the car for everything, but in our case we were going to rest and enjoy the house, it was not a problem. Communication with the host was very fast and smooth. We'll be back for sure. Thanks again

Spectacular chalet that makes you feel that you belong to another economic level. You feel at home and Juan answers any questions at all times. The proximity of the tram makes the fact of being outside Murcia not a problem. It is equipped with everything you need and more. To repeat without a doubt.

We had an brilliant time as a group of 5 adults and 8 children. The space is ideal for groups and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. We liked that the house was in a quiet area, it still felt safe and was only a short uber ride to Murcia centre. Alicia was a fantastic host, she really couldn’t do enough for us. We hope to return next year!

Definitely recommend visiting! Beautiful area, very secluded. The tram made it very easy to get around, however a car may be useful for areas further away if you intend to travel around. The apartment was exactly as we imagined, beautifully furnished, had all the amenities we required, close to shops and a short journey from the city centre, and made a wonderful place to stay and relax while we visited Murcia! Pedro was amazing, so responsive, helped us with everything we needed, going above and beyond. Cannot thank him enough for his service. Can’t wait to return for another trip in the sunshine!

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit comfortably.

Amazing stay at Manuels apartment Everything was perfect Manuel and his wife go above and beyond for you I managed to get lost and he got me back safely I would highly reccomend a stay here I will definately be back!

Wow! After spending a week here visiting a friend this place was great and had everything I needed and more. The place was spotless, great location as was right by the pool and wasn’t too far of a walk to the main square which allowed you to cool off from the Spanish sun at night! Entire place is well furnished with all the amenities you could need for a stay here for both short and long stays. Furniture is modern and well maintained and the roof terrace is incredible and plenty of seating if you were to host an evening here. Will definitely be booking here again if I come back. We had a fantastic stay! The property was beautiful, set in a lovely location with a stunning backdrop. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our visit. We also really appreciated the convenience of the onsite bars and restaurants — all of which were great. A special highlight was the 9-hole golf course, which the whole family enjoyed. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

The house is fabulous, as shown in the photos. It has everything you need to have a splendid vacation (pool, air conditioning, TV, full kitchen, etc...). The people of Interhome have been attentive to any requests we made to them (the blind leash had been broken and they fixed it right away). We will definitely repeat...
