Holiday rentals with a pool in Baños y Mendigo

Hemos pasado un finde increíble... la zona de exterior es muy cómoda y bonita (al final es lo que más usas en verano) faltaría cubrir un poco la valla para no ver el descampado. La zonas de las habitaciones no nos ha gustado, están muy viejas y antiguas para el precio de la casa.

Alojamiento expectacular. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. La casa preciosa con todo lo que podiamos necesitar y más. Mis hijos han disfrutado mucho de la piscina y zonas de juego y nosotros tambien. Ubicacion excepcional, perfecta para visitar los alrededores. Urbanizacion segura y muy tranquila. Nichola y Chrissy muy amables y responden rápido. Repetiremos. Muchas gracias por la experiencia 🤗

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, well-equipped property. Everything you could possibly need was provided, and the place was spotless and stylish. The pool was a real highlight — clean, inviting, and perfect for soaking up the brilliant weather. Roldán itself is quiet, without a huge amount to do, but that’s part of its charm. It’s the ideal spot if you’re looking to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and came away feeling totally refreshed. Highly recommend!

Sarah is an amazing host. Always at the end of the phone! Villa was very well equipped for all your needs and immaculate. A home from home stay. Espectacular chalet que te hace sentir que perteneces a otro nivel económico. Te sientes como en casa y Juan te responde a cualquier duda en todo momento. La cercanía del tranvía hace que el hecho de estar a las afueras de Murcia no sea un problema. Está dotado de todo lo necesario y más. Para repetir sin duda alguna.

We had an brilliant time as a group of 5 adults and 8 children. The space is ideal for groups and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. We liked that the house was in a quiet area, it still felt safe and was only a short uber ride to Murcia centre. Alicia was a fantastic host, she really couldn’t do enough for us. We hope to return next year!

Definitely recommend visiting! Beautiful area, very secluded. The tram made it very easy to get around, however a car may be useful for areas further away if you intend to travel around. The apartment was exactly as we imagined, beautifully furnished, had all the amenities we required, close to shops and a short journey from the city centre, and made a wonderful place to stay and relax while we visited Murcia! Pedro was amazing, so responsive, helped us with everything we needed, going above and beyond. Cannot thank him enough for his service. Can’t wait to return for another trip in the sunshine!

O Sr.Manuel foi muito prestativo e compreensivo desde o início. O alojamento correspondeu às nossas expectativas. O que tornou a nossa estadia mais agradável foi a amabilidade dos proprietários, com ajuda em todas as nossas questões sobre a área envolvente e como podíamos deslocar naquela zona. Wow! After spending a week here visiting a friend this place was great and had everything I needed and more. The place was spotless, great location as was right by the pool and wasn’t too far of a walk to the main square which allowed you to cool off from the Spanish sun at night! Entire place is well furnished with all the amenities you could need for a stay here for both short and long stays. Furniture is modern and well maintained and the roof terrace is incredible and plenty of seating if you were to host an evening here. Will definitely be booking here again if I come back. Thank you for offering such a great place Ruairi and letting me stay here!

Het appartement was, door de uitleg van Sander, makkelijk te vinden. Er was een uitstekend contact en we voelden ons direct welkom.Het appartement was brandschoon en is modern ingericht. Het is een heerlijk rustige omgeving. Helaas was het nog te koud om te zwemmen. Mooi uitzicht aan beide kanten. Ook heerlijk zijn de schuifdeuren naar een mooi groot en goed ingericht terras met een leuk uitzicht op de golfbaan en omgeving. Heerlijke bedden, complete keuken, uitstekende wifi en het golf resort is goed beveiligd en mooi verzorgd. Vanuit het resort zijn stranden en steden makkelijk bereikbaar. We waren hier 4 weken. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

This was the best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The owners had thought of everything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with stylish furniture. Our flight was early and we were able to get in to the apartment early too. The underground carpark was great too. The south facing balcony was superb and very private. The apartment block was quiet too. Walkable to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Also 5 minute drive to 3 different golf courses. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it !

La casa es fabulosa, tal cual sale en las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas espléndidas vacaciones (piscina, aire acondicionado, TV, cocina completa, etc...). La gente de Interhome ha estado atento a cualquier pedido que le hicimos (se habia roto la correa de la persiana y la arreglaron enseguida). Seguro repetiremos...

Estuvimos muy a gusto. La casa tiene encanto y es espaciosa. La zona de la piscina es maravillosa. Se recibe muy buena atención por parte del propietario y sus hijos. Para repetir y recondenar. Gracias.
