We felt very comfortable with Marko and Leila. Communication was great! The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures and was really nice! The area is very quiet and rather remote, but restaurants and supermarkets are easily accessible by car. We had a great time at Casa Nostra!

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea The check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

The four of us spent three nights here. Unique house. Great amenities. Stylish decor. Smooth communication with the hosts. For us, the living room and kitchen were unfortunately a little too dark in the evening or too bright with the ceiling lamps switched on. And the outside area is still a little uncomfortable. We still felt very comfortable and highly recommend it to everyone.

The house, the hosts and the location are simply enchanting and fantastically beautiful. We have rarely experienced such a relaxing holiday, after a week in this house the outside world seems so far away... In addition to the pool, we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower (with hot water!), showering with a view, marvellous! Everything was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen is super equipped and everything was also super clean. The sea is great for swimming and the steps down are not bad, a short walk. We are dreaming of coming back.

We were a family of four with two children in this house. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was not only beautifully furnished, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage was in his garden was no problem at all. We had absolute privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

Reception was very nice with a welcome gift. Communication with Miro (contact person) was easy and you got quick feedback. Also very helpful with problems. In total, a very successful vacation/stay and definitely recommended!

A place to feel good! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is furnished with great attention to detail and offers everything you need for relaxing holidays. Our two-year-old son had a particularly good time - whether in the pool, with the lovingly provided toys or on the small playground next door with a slide and swing. The garden and pool area are wonderfully idyllic and invite you to linger. If you want to explore the surrounding beaches, you should plan to have a car - the quiet location of the accommodation is perfect for switching off, but not within walking distance of the coast. All in all: a great time in beautiful surroundings - we will be happy to come back!

We (a family of five) felt very comfortable in Damir's pool house. The view and the pool are an absolute highlight. Our 3 children were not so much interested in excursions, so we spent a lot of time in the pool - which is absolutely not difficult at this location. :) The path to the beach is easily accessible on foot and a sandy beach is also within reach. However, the return journey in the heat is a bit exhausting for the kids. The house itself offers everything you need - and if something is missing, Damir is always available. All in all, we liked it very much and we would recommend it at any time!

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful holiday home in the wonderful town of Bale. The old town house has been tastefully and high-quality modernized, is sparkling clean and comfortable. The communication with Christine and on site with Iva was very pleasant and helpful. In short: a great vacation home that we can recommend without reservation.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house surrounded by stunning lavender field and vineyards. The house itself is cozy, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved strolling through the fields, enjoying the peace and quiet, and watching the stars at night. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations. Such a special and beautiful place to spend a few days in nature close to the ocean. We enjoyed our stay in this cute little house a lot and will definitely come back.

We were at the end of May with our dog for a week at this beautiful place. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from Ivan's bird's eye view were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

Everything was super nice! We had a great, very relaxing holiday! The welcome and also the farewell were very warm. The accommodation was sparkling clean and tastefully furnished, with everything you need. Absolute privacy in the middle of an olive grove and well located for excursions to the coast, to Pula, Rovenji, Medulin, etc. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. (Tip from us: Steak restaurant Šantamarina Premansturska Cesta 157, Pula – 5 minutes by car). The heated pool and the beautiful covered terrace were simply great. Dino came by to clean the pool after prior registration. The communication was excellent, Dino and his wife were very helpful and always responded very quickly. We would come back anytime and recommend the accommodation without reservation!!! Thank you again, dear Dino - also to your wife, for this wonderful stay :-)

The location of the place is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, you can walk to the place in 5 minutes and wonderful walks are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something didn't work in the apartment, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax here well. We would happily come back.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

My wife and I spent a wonderful week at Claudias House. Recommendation for everyone who looks for a quiet and cozy place with a very friendly, warm and helpful landlady. The House has a fully equiped kitchen and numberous beautiful beaches are just a few minutes away by car.

The accommodation was clean, cozy and completely equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable rest. We appreciate the quiet environment and the beautiful nature in the area, which offered plenty of options for walking and relaxing. We also made great use of the beds, where we enjoyed both morning coffee and evening sunsets. The location is perfect for those looking for peace and relaxation. We felt at home and would love to come back. Elana is a great host. We recommend all ten!

Bea and Jürgen's house is really beautiful. Located on a large, beautiful area, there is also plenty of space in and around the house and nice places to sit. From the terrace you can see the sea in the distance, the pool was the main place for the children and we spent the evenings in the outdoor kitchen. Bea and Jürgen live behind the house in a trailer, they always come by to water the plants or to check on things - for people who want to be totally alone, this may be good to know. Bea and Jürgen were really nice hosts and also very nice to the children and Bea showed us a beach nearby and recommended restaurants. We will be happy to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

Our rating 10/10 !!! Everything was perfect since the first day we arrived! The house is equiped with everything you need from A to Z. Best way is to reach it with a car. Its 10-15 mins aways from the nearest market and 30-40 min away from beautifull cities like Pula, Porec and Rovinj with plenty activities to do. Big thanks to Anika and her family for making me and my wife feel like at our own house! Looking forward for staying there next time in future.
