Questa piccola ma confortevole casa, si trova tra le colline marchigiane, intorno al giardino della casa passa la strada provinciale per Corinaldo, bellissimo borgo che dista circa due km. La casa è circondata da un grande giardino recintato. Nel parcheggio privato della casa è presente una colonnina di ricarica elettrica a libero utilizzo degli ospiti. La casetta si trova a pochi km dalla famosa spiaggia di Senigallia.

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
