Charming single-storey house located in the typical village of Le Vieil. You'll love the peace and quiet of the house and the 5-minute walk (400 m) to the pretty beaches of Mardi Gras and Le Vieil. The village centre and its shops are just a 3-minute walk away: supermarket with bakery, tobacconist's and newsagent's, restaurant, bar, Saturday market (from 8 July to 26 August). The centre of Noirmoutier can be reached in 8 minutes by bike and 5 minutes by bus (free service in summer).

The apartment has one bedroom with 90cm beds at the top of the mezzanine, from where you can see the sea and the Pont de Noirmoutier. Another bed, a new BZ unfolds, bathroom, kitchen area and loggia with floor-to-ceiling windows. Sheets, pillowcases and towels not provided, please bring your own:) This unit is rented with private parking space.

Two bikes available. Small pets accepted possibility, a child on an extra mattress €10 extra on arrival.
