Das 5.000 qm große Grundstück ist vollständig eingezäunt, nicht einsehbar und verfügt über einen großen Pool, der Abkühlung und Erholung bietet. Umgeben von 150 Olivenbäumen können Sie die Natur in vollen Zügen genießen. Das Haus verfügt über zwei separate Wohnungen (Einzelanmietung möglich), mit jeweils einem Schlafzimmer und einer bequemen Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer sowie drei großen Badezimmer.

Casetta RosaClara è un ex fienile all' interno della corte del Casale del Gelso (antico casale di fine 800) situato nella campagna marchigiana. Indipendente, è formata da due mini appartamenti di circa 40mq ciascuno e comunicanti. Molto luminosa e panoramica, dispone di una terrazza/solarium e di un piacevole e bellissimo spazio, comune ai due ambienti, dove poterti rilassare e rinfrescare. Appena ristrutturata dispone di tutte le comodità armonizzando la tradizione con le moderne esigenze.

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !
