Sea front house.. feet in the sand

The view is indescribable – it's like a dream waking up and having breakfast with a view of the ocean. We offer great Wi-Fi, a SmartTV, an excellent barbecue area, and a large garden to enjoy. The townhouse has been recently renovated and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room, a covered garage and balconies with hammocks. We have a house in the back, which has 1 en-suite bedroom with air conditioning, 1 additional bedroom, 1 bathroom, a laundry room, and a well-equipped kitchen. All rooms have a ceiling fan and are dark for a good night's sleep!

A vibrant area features a turquoise swimming pool, illuminated by natural light. A unicorn float is positioned in the water, while a wooden tray holds fresh fruit, including watermelon and strawberries. A comfortable lounge chair is nearby, alongside potted greenery.

The front faces Rua Hermínio Dagnoni and is on the same street as the new public market, with many amenities, bakery, market and pharmacy nearby. The back has access to the beach, about 100 meters. The beach is between the 2nd and 3rd Pedra, in Balneário Itapema do Norte, Itapoá-SC. The house is furnished and comfortable. You'll be a few meters from the center/shopping and the sea. Great beach!

Barra do Saí is a peaceful place. There's a market, a bakery, a liquor store, a fish market... The house is close to the sea (see location), it is not necessary to cross streets to be on the sand, and there is free Wi-Fi. Enjoy the cozy space with its outdoor area, barbecue, beach kit, shade, sunbathing and a long wooden table. The Saí River, which meets the sea, is an attraction in itself! ** Christmas, New Year's Eve (05 nights) and Carnival (05 nights) minimum stay.
