Very well tended pool, offer of chairs and sunguard tbm to be taken to the beach. very pleasant outdoor space with option of shower, full bathroom and barbecue, stove, fridge, washing machine. in general, the spaces of the house itself provided a stay with an expected rest. we will possibly return.

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We use the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

The hostess, Sandra was very attentive. The house is very cozy, spacious in-house and a great yard for children to play. I definitely recommend it. We plan to return. Atte., Carla and Jean

A cottage on the beach!! This is the best definition for that quiet place, of a lot of nature and beautiful birds!! All very well cared for, very clean, prepared with great affection. Neusa who welcomed us is a very kind person, I saw her dedication in the care of the house and utensils so that we did not lack anything, she taught us about the birds that always came close to us, and to show us the beautiful garden that cultivates. The apartment is exactly as described. Impeccable, comfortable. New and clean kitchen utensils. We love the place, condominium with many activities for children even in rainy weather. A Jurema always very nice. I recommend it and we intend to return.

Very good accommodation, close to the quieter beach (because on the beach of morro do cristo, it had 1 sound box per square meter). Very close to a large supermarket. Tight space for maneuvering and parking the car in the garage. Great apartment, with large balcony and barbecue area, air conditioning in one of the bedrooms but with a ceiling fan in the other rooms, 2 good bathrooms, all appliances. Comfortable Camas. I highly recommend to those looking for these points above.

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore. We will definitely come back more often.

The property's location is wonderful, seafront!!! In a very quiet region and close to the east beach bustle and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium with a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor gaming structure. Super recommend and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
