The studio is 4 tram stops away from the Central Station, 30 min from the airport, supermarkets and Claraplatz are 5 min walk away. Situated on the first floor with lift, this modern studio offers you space adjustable modules with a fully furnished place with high speed internet, coffee machine, washing machine and dryer, television, books, oven, fridge and everything needed to make your stay a comfortable one.

Located on a quiet street (no through traffic), the apartment offers a courtyard at the front with parking and a beautiful garden at the back with direct access to the idyllic Lutterbach. Just 30 minutes away is the cultural offer of the trade fair city of Basel with its numerous museums, galleries and events.

Also in walking distance you can reach the stop of the airport bus and the direct bus to the train station SBB (3 stops). For car drivers we can provide a garage box 10 francs (night) The cozy, quiet and high quality guest studio (40m2) is located in the basement of a newly built apartment house.
