The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

I had a truly wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, full of charming antique details and decorated with great taste — every corner had something lovely to look at. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. You can feel how much care and love have gone into this home. I felt completely at ease during my stay, and I would come back again. Thank you for everything!

The location of the accommodation is truly heavenly and completely private! We felt very comfortable there and it was very clean. The bedroom is in the basement and therefore always nice and cool. Silvano is very nice and always very easy to reach. We would come again and again! Thank you

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. Our stay in Alessandras apartment was amazing. The place is exactly as seen in photos and you are less than 60 seconds from the lake. The views nearby are amazing! Alessandra was very responsive, offering recommendations and doing all she could to be of assistance. I would highly recommend staying here.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Antonio and Christian were amazing hosts during our recent stay in Lake Como. Always responsive to messages and the apartment was perfect for a family of 6. Spotless and had everything you need to cook (Antonio even set up the BBQ for us one night!). It felt like a private pool with all the different areas to lie and enjoy the breathtaking views. Apartment is close walking distance into Gravedona for some nice meals out and bars too. They even let some of us check in early and left a bottle of Prosecco as we were celebrating a big birthday, lovely touches. Couldn’t recommend them more and will definitely be back if we get the chance.

Maria Giuseppina and her husband welcomed us with great kindness and helpfulness. They were precise in the directions to reach the Bobbio plans. The apartment is well furnished, well equipped and equipped with all the necessary amenities! They were also very kind to leave a small gift for our 3-year-old son. We highly recommend the apartment. Great accommodation if you are traveling in 2 families, everyone has their own sleeping and washing space thanks to the two levels of the house each with its own bathroom. Then you all dine quietly in the living room comfortably. Only note, the living room does not have shutters, so in case the sofa bed in the living room is not usable if you like to sleep in the dark. We were comfortable in the rooms. Very warm house. Super recommended accommodation

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

We had an incredible stay at Sergio’s place in Onno! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond—meeting us at the bus stop and walking us to the apartment, answering all of our questions along the way. He was so helpful with tips on trains, buses and ferries, which made getting around Lake Como so easy and stress-free. Sergio also gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area—every suggestion was spot on and helped us make the most of our time on the lake. The apartment itself was perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The air conditioning was a huge bonus during the hot summer days, and the outdoor patio was a dream spot to relax with a glass of wine after a day of exploring. Thank you, Sergio, for your hospitality and kindness—we’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Como!

This place was the perfect place to stay if you want a beautiful view of the lake and to be in a quiet neighbourhood. There was pros and cons with the location (cons- trouble finding a taxi to and from the train station and not much in close walking distance & pros- beautiful view, right beside the C30 bus stop) but if you’re up for adventure and fully able bodied it’s worth it! We bought some groceries in Como after spending a the day there and had dinner one night in, walked down the stairs by the bus stop to the lake level for dinner at Ristorante Vapore sul Lago di Como and spent a day at the Lido di Faggeto Miamilaryo, which was a beautiful beach club with good food and drinks. The house was everything we needed and the view had us speechless the whole time. The hosts were quick to respond and help when we had questions. We would highly recommend this stay!

Silvia and her family were extremely accommodating. Always there to answer any questions and provide suggestions on what do to in the area. The housing was exactly as on the pictures and the view was absolutely amazing - we really enjoyed our stay!

My friends and I were guests of Salvatore for only one night, but it was enough to make us understand how Salvatore and Dorothy are two fantastic people. Not only did they prepare the house for a different time than the check-in time, but they welcomed us in the best possible way, explaining everything that could be useful to us. What about the accommodation? Beautiful house, very clean and in a very convenient location to reach any location. We were super satisfied with the experience, highly recommended!
