The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.

Charming rustic cottage in a small hamlet of Gerra Verzasca. Ideal for 2 people max. Arranged on three floors. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen with a fireplace and dining table. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor where the living room with access to the balcony is located. Also on the first floor is the bathroom with shower and washbasin. In the attic on the top floor is the bedroom/study.

The two original Rustici are located just outside Frasco in a clearing. Easily accessible by car. Parking on the premises. The property includes the two houses, a large playground and sunbathing lawn and the adjacent forest. The houses are well furnished. All rooms have a bathroom/toilet or shower toilet.
