Holiday rentals with beach access in Basel

Todo fue fantástico! Thomas es un gran anfitrión. Estuvo atento en todo momento y se esforzó por ayudarnos. Pasamos una semana estupenda en su casa. El apartamento es tal y como se describe en el anuncio, y está muy bien ubicado junto a Messe Basel. Muchas gracias!

Tolle Wohnung in einem ruhigen, superschönen Viertel mit sehr guter Anbindung an das Zentrum. Banu war immer erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Danke, dass wir in dieser lieben Wohnung bleiben durften!

The place was very clean and quiet. It very well connected with the highway and very easily reachable. The host was easy to reach and very responsive. The place is quiet. There are many good restaurants nearby and the City Center is also reachable by foot.

My stay in Basel was nothing short if spectacular and much if it thanks to Simon's apartment. His friendly attitude puts everything and everyone at ease. I was happy to use the kitchen whenever needed as well as any of the amenities, including washing machine (a very good one), sports equipment, an array of towels, drying rack, most of the fridge, etc. Simon was extra kind to let me ride his bike, which took me everywhere in Basel. Adding to that was the fact it was Fastnacht (Carnival) and the whole city sprung to life. Simon's apartment is not far from the Rhein: an afternoon walk along its shining right bank is a must. Nearby are supermarkets, restaurants, a butcher, all sorts of shops and businesses. The tram and bus stops are near as well. Only bus 50 from/to the airport must be taken till/from Kannenfeldplatz, a 6 min walk (400 m). Simon's apartment also has a nice sunny balcony on the inner side of the building. The apartment is well lit.

I had an amazing 2-week stay at an Airbnb with a beautiful Rhein River view. Everything about this place made my trip unforgettable. The best part was the stunning river view. Every morning, I enjoyed a peaceful start to the day with a breathtaking view from the living room and balcony. In the evening, the sunset over the water was simply magical. The apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals. Since I stayed for two weeks, the apartment truly felt like home. The host was very kind and helpful, providing useful tips about local restaurants and attractions. The location was also perfect—a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet close to major sights and public transportation. I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. I hope to come back and stay here again in the future!

Il soggiorno a casa di Todd è andato benissimo. Todd è un proprietario di casa molto accogliente, gentile e disponibile a venire incontro alle richieste altrui e fornire indicazioni per la città. La casa è molto accogliente e mi sono subito sentita a mio agio! Letto molto comodo, bel terrazzo e tutti i servizi di cui si ha bisogno sono a portata di mano. Decisamente raccomandato!!

Florian’s home is well located if riverside is feature of interest. Easy to reach from station/airport and the river is a short walk. The pictures are true to reality. Florian is easy to communicate and share space with. I recommend to all solo travellers!

Roland is a great host,who either came and took me frim the airport and brought me to his lovely home! Everything in Roland’s apartment was clean and tidy! Communication with him was so easy,he always responded to my massages so fast and polite! Also the location of the apartment is so nice,with a lovely view of the Rhein river!Next to a shopping center and public transport tram stop! I heighly recommend Roland’s place❤️

Trotz regnerischen Wetters war der Sprung in den Rhein ein Muss! Wir genossen den letzten Abend auf der Terrasse mit sehr schöner, romantischer Beleuchtung. Die Kommunikation mit dir war super leicht und du bist ein sehr herzlicher Mensch! Vielen Dank, dass wir in deiner Unterkunft feiern und sein konnten! Unsere Familien beschrieben die Tage als ein Traum :) alles Gute dir!

The apartment was fantastic. Contrary to many other places I have been, it was heated from the start, so the arrival late in a cold night was very comfortable. The place is really good. I could work in a very spacious working space. The kitchen had everything. René was kind enough to allow me to use basic stuff, like oil and sugar, so I could cook without needing to buy everything. I had a couple of questions for René who replied to me straightaway in very precise and polite maners. The main space was looking the Rhine and it was fantastic to have breakfast or dinner there. The location is wonderful, with views over the Rhine and the other side of the river, with boats passing by, and enjoying Basel at its heart. I am very grateful to René and I am looking forward my next trip to Basel to ask him again to stay there.

Wir haben hier eine Zwischenübernachtung verbracht auf unserem Weg nach Italien - tolles Apartment und war super um wieder Energie zu tanken und sich zu erholen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und man kommt schnell mit der naheliegenden Busstation nach Basel.

A lovely quiet, roomy place to stay in Basel. Very nice balcony over back garden and view of the pretty river from the front. 3 supermarkets in near vicinity, cafes, restaurants likewise. The bus no 36 stops almost directly outside which takes you into centre of Basel. Jana was very friendly and helpful, highly recommended. Ken and Maureen
