The quiet Bruderholz neighborhood with direct tram access: The tram station is a 5-minute walk away, where you will find two cafes and small shops. Downtown can be reached in 17 minutes. Suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults with a child aged 12 or older. Use of the garden and parking are available by arrangement.

Mettlenhof, also known as Mettlen Farm, is a restored farmhouse in Mettlen, Schopfheim, Baden-Württemberg. Built with traditional craftsmanship and natural materials, it provides a bright, welcoming space for up to 10 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of rolling hills, Icelandic horses, and Scottish Blackface sheep. We will gladly issue a guest card, so you can travel for free in the Tarifverbund Nordwest Schweiz and have discounts in many places.

The loft is almost continuously sunny. The trade fair, Art Basel, center, Rhine promenade, restaurants, cafés, shops, market and supermarkets are nearby. Both train stations are directly on our bus line. The airport is 30 minutes or 10 minutes away. The terrace leads to the huge green quiet courtyard. The interaction in the house is pleasant and cordial. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher and granite surfaces. The Casper bed has a premium mattress.

The rental includes the main room, an adjoining bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a mezzanine with 2 mattresses placed on tatami mats. The restoration was carried out with eco-friendly materials... and with a lot of care and love! You have access to the garden at your leisure!

The old dye works, a factory from the 19th century. century, was expanded for mixed use. In addition to apartments, workshops and a doctor's office, guest rooms were created under the shed roofs of the factory halls. It was important to us to give the old building fabric a new use and to make it tangible. We were able to completely preserve the building shell and reuse renewed components in a different context. New components were left natural.
