Bakery and shops 3 minutes away (fruits-vegetables and local products/gas station/tobacco). Vegetables/eggs from the garden depending on the mood of the vegetable garden/chickens. 140 x 200 bed in the bedroom / Sofa bed with real 140 x 190 mattress in the living room).

On accède à la mezzanine par un escalier bois.

28 m2 studio with a separate bedroom with a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountain and a sea view from the first terrace and a sea and Gulf of Ajaccio view from the second terrace over the roof of the house. 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the port. Apartment located on the garden level with an independent entrance. Beautiful terrace surrounded by flowering plants. Ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom (the bedroom is north-facing so very cool).
