Holiday rentals with a patio in Bastille, Paris

Benjamin and Marie were accessible and accommodating. The apartment was as described and close to the center of Paris by metro. We will come back without hesitation.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location! The apartment is very clean, spacious, and beautifully set up. We visited during a heatwave, which made sleeping in the bedroom challenging as there’s no air conditioning, but Antoine had left fans which helped somewhat. There’s limited storage space, so we had to keep our suitcases in the hallway, but for a short weekend stay, this wasn’t a big issue. The location is excellent — the metro is right at your doorstep, and it’s very central for getting around, whether by metro or Uber. It’s situated on a lively main road with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. I’ve been to Paris many times, and this is by far the nicest and most spacious apartment I’ve stayed in! The fact that it’s Antoine’s personal home really made it feel welcoming, with thoughtful touches you don’t usually find in a typical Airbnb. Thanks again! I do recommend Antoines place!

The apartment is even more stunning than shown a nd the location in a highly desirable area of Saint German desPres making it ideal for exploring Paris. Sitting in the stunning apartment is a cherished experience. The apartment is quiet with views out the many windows of charming Parisian area and fun to watch the women working in the flower shop a few shops away set up for the morning. The small Beautifully decorated Delacroix museum is steps away

Very nice welcome from F. who offers a nice peaceful accommodation and very well located. F. accompanies you in the taking of the premises and gives the addresses of nice restaurants. Great discussions and interesting exchanges. I highly recommend it.

We loved our stay in Pamela's place. The location is amazing, right along the Canal St. Martin, a great place to hang out and close to several convenient metro stops (within close walking distance of République). We enjoyed Pamela's instructional videos and local recommendations, and she was super communicative and friendly. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, decorated with lots of cute touches, and had good amenities and everything we needed (and even things we didn't realize we would need, like slippers and umbrellas!). The only thing that could have improved our stay would have been a bigger TV for couch lounging, but this didn't detract from the experience. This was a great place to stay for a week or longer, and I would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely place. Great connections to the rest of Paris. The bars around the corner are lovel. The area has some really good restaurants that are in walking distance and reasonable.

Spectacular views, lovely area, easy to reach of all the main attractions of Paris. We really enjoyed our honeymoon here.

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

I'm so glad I chose Olga's place for my trip to Paris. The house is uniquely and interestingly designed, just like the pictures and descriptions.At the same time, Olga is a very enthusiastic host who can provide us with a lot of practical advice for our trip and recommend a lot of niche activities. My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Tarik's place, and it was an unforgettable experience. Solveig and Julien's accommodation is very nice, clean and functional. The neighborhood is quiet, green and flowery, well served by shops and the tram is nearby. Beautiful park with small lake, water games and children's playgrounds at a tram station. It takes between 45 minutes and 1 hour by public transport to reach the key monuments (Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Cité des Sciences, etc.). Solveig and Julien are accommodating and discreet hosts.

We had a great time at Guillaume's place! The house is close to Paris, easily accessible by public transport, and in a very quiet location. The place is true to the description, very clean, you immediately feel at home, and all this at a reasonable price. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Guillaume is very friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Everything was perfect, we will come back with great pleasure. Thank you!!

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Sanaa was such a lovely host. The apartment was very nice and comfortable just as expected from the pictures. Sanaa had great communication which made me and my sister feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for something cosy and modern you’re in the right place!

My Mum and I stayed in this studio apartment for 1 week together and we absolutely loved it! The street was so quiet and peaceful, and so we slept with all the terrace doors and windows open at night without issue (it was 90 degrees in Paris the week we were there, so this really helped! Plus the small fan). We felt very safe and it felt private too. We were one street away from a bustling area with a Metro (Victor Hugo) and supermarkets, restaurants etc and very close to the Arc de Triomphe in the other direction. The double terraces were ideal, particularly because of the heat… one was always shaded and one was always sunny and very hot. We had access to Netflix & YouTube (music) and cooked food for ourselves every day! We/I would absolutely stay here again, and will! Manuella was so helpful from beginning to end - responsive before & during the trip. Highly recommend for 1-2 people. The area around us was ideal. Not touristy & had everything we needed to live in Paris for a week! ♥

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

The accommodation is very well located: RER nearby, banks of the Marne. The apartment is well arranged, it has all the necessary amenities: washing machine, dryer, cooking utensils etc. And the hosts are lovely and friendly. We had a lovely stay, thank you for everything!

We absolutely loved our stay at The TeRRACE! The apartment was spacious, nicely furnished and impeccably clean. The air conditioning was a real plus during the hot days, and the private terrace was the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The location was perfect — a few steps from the Eiffel Tower, with very good restaurants and shops nearby. It was also located a few minutes' walk from the public transport network, which allowed us to move easily throughout Paris. It was really all we needed for our stay in Paris. We highly recommend it!
