Holiday rentals with a patio in Batemans Bay

Everything about this apartment was 5 star. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ✅ Absolutely spotless, 
✅ Fit out / décor was fabulous, 
✅ Bed linen and pillows amazing ✅ Just a 10min walk to main strip of shops along the gorgeous coastline ✅ So many extra touches to make guests feel special; from crackers, cheese, quince paste, chips, biscuits and WINE. What a delightful surprise. 🙏 ✅ Excellent communication from Karen the wonderful host Will definitely be booking this again. THANKYOU.

One of the most beautiful airbnbs apartments I’ve stayed at. Immaculate inside and spacious…interior design was gorgeous, lounge so comfy. My daughter said she would love this place if she lived there full time 😂 Foyer was gorgeous, lit up when you walked in. Balcony off main bedroom was huge and main bedroom also huge! Wifi and Netflix worked great Right in the centre of town…wasn’t even noisy… Only problem could be the stairs if you have heaps of stuff and don’t like stairs but so worth the stairs once you in the appt. The parking also is abit low so my hatch car couldn’t go down the dip but I parked more up the top part. Would be fine for SUVs. Couldn’t be any better accomodation in Goulburn!! I dare you to find one… I don’t normally leave reviews but had to this time, thanks so much Lauren.. you have a wonderful place and were a great host. I will come back again and again!

This is a lovely place very short walk to the beach and cafes. Mollymook is a wonderful town with great access to bigger towns with shopping and restaurants. I'll definitely return.

Such a cute place and handy to the beach, cafe, and shops. The place felt cosy and had everything we needed.

Fantastic place to stay in Mollymook! Sue’s place was immaculately clean. Very spacious place which would make it comfortable for a longer stay. Great location for grabbing food and going for beautiful walks along the water. Sue was very responsive and kindly offered early check in and late check out unprompted. The hand written welcome note and chocolate were beautiful touches. Would 100% recommend and will be back!!

Peita & Rod were wonderful hosts. We had a wedding at The Woods Farm and this accomodation was the perfect location from us. The space has everything you need with a beautiful court yard aswell. Will definitely be recommending this place for anyone attending any wedding venues in surrounding areas. Thank you Peita & Rod

Great central location, could walk to restaurants etc. Nice clean comfortable unit with a great view.

Stephanie is an amazing host. This property was not only in a brilliant position but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here to celebrate my 60th Birthday with our adult children, partners and our 2 small dogs. The yard is great for dogs although the side gate may not be great for some small dogs as they may get through. We solved this by placing the bins there which worked a treat. Stephanie has indicated that she will look at adjusting this. The house is immaculately furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. Stephanie was very responsive during our stay when we had some queries, providing us with locations of EV chargers, activities & places to dine. The house is walking distance to Malua Bay Shops. Raymond’s Chinese is delicious. Club Malua has great food, cocktails & Barefoot Bowls.The pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. The table tennis was enjoyed by all adults. The layout of the house allows for plenty of spots to chill out. We will be back.

We really appreciated all the extra little things like complimentary bikes, boogie boards and coffee pods. I feel like you had thought of everything and it felt almost like being in a hotel or serviced apartment. The huge yard and fire pit were also absolutely fantastic. I also appreciated the immediate responsiveness to my questions about supermarkets etc We would definitely return for another stay 😀

We had an incredible 9-night stay at Escape Vacations’ Bendalong house. The property is beautifully set on acreage, offering a peaceful retreat immersed in nature. The pool was absolutely amazing—perfect for relaxing—and the sauna was a fantastic touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Being surrounded by the great outdoors while still having luxury amenities made for the best of both worlds. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene getaway!

What a view! The deck was definitely a highlight! The host provided thoughtful supplies, check-in and communication was easy and the house is a short walk to the beach. Great kitchen, comfortable beds and lots of space. Thanks for having us

Amazing House with everything you need. Very Luxurious especially the main bedroom. The Table tennis table was a big hit with the rain coming down outside. lastly the garage space was awesome as we had two cars and mountain bikes that felt very secure.

We had a wonderful stay at Sal’s Coastal Cottage in Batemans Bay! The cottage was cosy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean — the perfect place to relax and unwind. It’s in a great location, with an easy walk to the Marina, local cafes, and shops, making everything super convenient. Our host, Rose, was fantastic — incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. You can really tell that a lot of care has gone into making this cottage a welcoming home away from home. We loved our time here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and charming coastal getaway. We would definitely stay again!
