Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

We had a lovely stay! Metro etc is close by! The Airbnb is lovely and has everything you need. The host Matthieu is very welcoming and dropped us off pastries that were lovely! Highly recommend if staying in Paris! Thank you Matthieu!

The apartment was beautiful, well located and quite spacious. We felt very safe in the building and rarely heard anything outside, even though we were on the ground floor. We made a couple of day trips out of the city but, otherwise, did lots of things in walking distance from this apartment. Lots of food options, the market across the street had friendly staff, the bakery down the street and pharmacy all super convenient. Would love to have stayed longer. What a great apartment!!

We were very satisfied. Nathalie is a very accommodating and generous host. The place was very clean, tidy and there was everything necessary for the stay and even more available. The place and Nathalie as a host are highly recommended; she is a likable, passionate host.

I had a wonderful stay at the accommodation. Everything was clean, the check-in was super easy and uncomplicated. Véronique was also always very easy to reach and helped me with all questions. I would always come back here. In addition, the subway was easily accessible and you could get to the city very quickly.

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

Manelle he is a very kind host I really enjoyed my holiday the maisonette is very clean and peaceful the area is beautiful and I have done lots of things there the casino and the lack are beautiful can’t wait to come back again thank you Manelle for your kindness we hope to see you very soon again.

Marika is lovely and greeted my husband and I when we arrived.. We had a most enjoyable 1 month stay with guests for 7 nights. The apartment is in a classic French 1890's building in a quiet part of the city and very comfortable for 4 people. It is light-filled and spacious with comfortable beds, nice linens and plenty of closet space and hangers. When the street-side windows are closed, it is very quite. There is one toilet that is totally separate from the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a tub and hand-held shower with a shower curtain. We found the shower in the guest area to be more convenient. We loved the neighborhood, the restaurants close by and shopping on Rue de Levi. Each day, we ventured off via Metro to a different part of the city. If you have mobility issues, this may not be the location for you. Once in the Metro, there are often long walks and many steps from line to line. Taxis are always an option. All in all it was a wonderful month long stay.

Fabulous little apartment in the heart of Montmartre. We had a lovely stay, exploring Paris. It was also quite special for us that this was somebody’s home as opposed to a cookie cutter IKEA decorated soulless apartment like so many other Air bnb are these days. We had a lovely meal at the cous cous restaurant opposite and I was particularly excited to have a gluten free croissant from the gluten free bakery a few minutes walk away. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay with Gregory and Aline! The accommodation was exactly as described – very clean, quiet and tastefully furnished. You can immediately tell that the hosts care about the well-being of their guests. Communication was always fast, warm and uncomplicated. We especially liked the loving details in the apartment as well as the quiet location. The check-in and check-out instructions were also clear and easy to follow. Thanks, Emma, for the apartment! I had a great stay in Paris. The location was great—I could easily hop on a bus or take the nearby subway to quickly get to the popular spots in the city. The apartment was quiet; I didn’t hear the neighbors, and the view of the garden in the back with the small pond was very relaxing. A peaceful place to take a break from the busy pace of Paris.

Everything was very pleasant, the neighborhood is very quiet and the location has quick access to two metro stations.

This was an excellent place to stay for visiting Paris and ideal for a couple. Great surroundings and excellent metro/bus services to visit all areas of Paris easily. Georges was an excellent host who made us feel very welcome. We would definitively stay at this property again the next time we come to Paris.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

It's a small but very nice apartment, it's as if you're really living in Paris. I just don't recommend it for more than two people. It's really small for those of us who live in the Americas.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

The apartment is perfectly located in the cozy Monmartre. Close to Sacré-Coeur, nice restaurants, but also the subway when you want to see other parts of Paris. Takes about 30 minutes to the Eiffel Tower (Trocadéro), very smooth. The apartment itself is very nice and looks exactly like the description. We arrived earlier than check-in, but there were no problems and we were able to leave our luggage at Elodie's office. When the cleaning of the room was finished, they put our luggage in the apartment and texted us that everything was ready. Both pleasant and very service minded. If we return to Paris, which I hope, I will try to book Elodie's Airbnb again.
