Beautiful accommodation, very well located, with a magnificent sea view. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect: welcome, communication, cleanliness, location, amenities.

For a first experience we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the rental, Nathalie was responsive from start to finish of our stay. Small downside however, the doors of the bathroom and the small bedroom close badly.

Very good accommodation in Batz-sur-Mer. Whether to go to the center, or to the beach, no need to take the car because it is perfectly located (less than 5 minutes walk to the center, less than 10 minutes to the beach). Very good stay: small, well thought-out, equipped and very well maintained accommodation. Very comfortable bedding. Close to the beach. Warm welcome. Bathtub, high chair and bed for our baby were provided as a bonus. We recommend it.

We had a pleasant weekend at Philippe's. The location of the house is ideal, everything can be done on foot or by bike. House in a quiet neighborhood Ideal for 8 adults and 2 children. Nice welcome by Gildas. Philippe is easily reachable and very responsive in case of problems. Very accommodating for check-in and check-out times.

A perfect stay in a beautiful, clean house, in perfect condition, allowing 3 couples to live together without being on top of each other. Immediate proximity to the sea and the beach, a balcony with sea view for breakfast, and a well-equipped place of residence that makes you feel at home. Tracy was super responsive to all our requests, it was really ideal conditions to discover the surroundings. We would recommend it in a second!
