Maria is an enthusiastic host. She is flexible, communicative and gave good tips. The apartment is super located. Close to shopping street, harbor, beach, restaurants and bars. It is recommended to visit the beautiful area around Caletta from here.

Mrs. Daniela very helpful and communicative and attentive to the needs of its guests. Very nice one-bedroom apartment located inside a small building, very well cared for and clean, furnished with great taste and complete with everything you can feel at home. About a 10-minute walk from the pedestrian center of Tortoli and just a few minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches in the area. Highly recommended

Amazing apartment! We loved it and it was by far the best apartment we had visited during our stay in Sardinia. Flor was super helpful and responsive and gave us a lot of well tailored recommendations. The view from the terrace was incredible you have the view to the sea in front of you and the mountains on the side. The size of the apartment is very generous too and the kitchen is very clean and good equipped. We can recommend the apartment without hesitation!

Wonderful stay with an even better host. The apartment is centrally located within a 1 minute walk to the port where you’ll take your boat to all the beaches, 1 minute walk to the supermarket, and 0-3 minute walk to the restaurants depending on where you chose to dine. The apartment is exactly as shown, safe, clean, and again the hosts are a gem. Enjoy.

We had an absolutely exceptional stay at Teresa and Sandro's! Everything that is indicated on the listing is not only true, but even better! The house is super well equipped: everything works perfectly, the TV, the hot water, the wifi, there is everything to cook, sleep, beach, outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing when returning from the beach. We went to at least five beaches, all beautiful and less than 15 minutes away! The accommodation is perfectly clean, tastefully decorated, and we felt at home from the first minutes. The neighborhood is quiet, the parking is private, and the hosts are lovely: warm welcome, ultra-fast communication, and even small touches like a bottle of wine and gifts. Tortolì is a beautiful town with plenty to discover, including nature, sea, gastronomy and walks in the center. The location is ideal for a successful vacation: everything is accessible, everything is beautiful. Thank you so much ☀️

We were very pleased. The place was as described and as shown on the pictures. The small balcony with sea view was wonderful. The location is great, you can quickly get to the city and with a rental car you can easily explore the beautiful beaches in the area. Daniela gave us many useful tips, including where to eat well. We think the price/performance ratio is great. Of course, you can't expect luxury accommodation here.

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Giampaulo and Christina are very kind and accommodating and we felt like we were at home albeit on holidays. Their little touches in their apartment were appreciated. Loved our stay and it was very sad to leave this convenient, well located apartment.

For us the perfect place for autumn holidays - hardly any people, great beach weather, beautiful nature and exciting excursion destinations (stalactite caves, mountains, Oasi Biderosa Nature Reserve, dream beaches). Super ice cream shop and good shopping in the village. The apartment has everything that you need and is really tastefully styled. Melania is an absolutely professional, responsive and generous host.

Lovely spacious home in a convenient location with private parking. Easily walkable to all sights and restaurants. Gina is a very friendly, generous and hospitable host and she and her mother provided tasty pastries, biscuits and other treats on check-in. This is a great place to stay.

Great stay! Very quiet and comfortable place. Cool and dark bedroom, so you can completely relax. Swimming pool also very pleasant! In addition, we received good tips from our host for restaurants nearby, Mullò was our favorite! The host responds super quickly and halfway through our week we were also able to renew our towels. We had a wonderful time in Marcantonio's accommodation. The accommodation is beautiful, new, beautifully furnished and has everything you need. The pool was beautiful, everything is perfectly set up for families. Marcantonio was very helpful, always available and very friendly. He has children himself and is very child-friendly. The area is fantastic, many beaches are within 20 minutes by car. The hills and vineyards were also a dream. We definitely want to come back.

Discharge upon arrival: reception asking for a voucher that we did not have, obligation to pay linen and tourist tax not indicated in the listing, Sara unreachable. We asked AirBnb to step in and we were promptly refunded the linen. Upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment instead of 2 and a large and very nice terrace. The apartment is spacious. The amenity matches the listing. A microwave is missing, which would be convenient. The residence was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool very much during our stay, there are also tables and chairs in a pleasant common garden. The location is good, a little far from the beach (15-20 min walk for the nearest), nearby there are 3 supermarkets (about 5-7 min walk for the 3), many restaurants and ice cream parlors on the beach road. There are beautiful beaches walking a little north and we are right next to the Biderosa nature reserve: a must!

The accommodation is part of a beautiful residence in Sos Alinos named "il Ontani". A few steps from the sea, nice pools and quick check-in! Highly recommended!

Wonderful one-month vacation in Tortoli. "Countryside" atmosphere by the sea. Everything was perfect! White sand beaches, crystal clear waters, few people. Good trattorias, excellent ice cream and pizzerias (very cheap) right next to the house. Very beautiful nuragic sites a few kilometers away. Stefano's place is very nice (and even prettier even than in the photos). The rooms are large and everything is very well maintained, inside and out. Everything is thought out to make everyday life easier. Stefano and his parents take care to make you feel as good as possible. A lovely family! GRAZIE MILLE!!!
