A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Il monolocale è situato a 50 mt. dal lago in uno dei cortili antichi di Baveno nel centro storico, a 100 mt dalle spiagge comunali e a 50 mt dall'imbarco battelli, autobus e stazione. In 2 minuti a piedi si arriva al supermercato e ai parcheggi gratuiti. La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata. Dotata di ogni comfort e a richiesta di aria condizionata.
