The yard is shared with another rental on the property. The cottage accommodates 4 people only.

Kitchens are both nicely equipped for large groups. 2 large driveways with plenty of rooms for cars, boats, and RV trailers. Set up as 2 units with separate entrances. 3 bedrooms down and 2 bedrooms up.
