Stunning unit within Fontainebleau! Two balconies overlooking the water was incredible. Very clean, very comfortable!

Frank and Ralph went above and beyond as hosts. Upon arrival, we were greeted in person and taken on a tour, getting all the details on amenities. Their responsiveness throughout our trip was fast and efficient, and we felt comfortable and safe staying in their home. The house was stocked with everything we could need, including the kitchen and bathrooms. They even included an abundance of beach gear. We could not have been more taken care of. As for the house itself, we were in paradise. The palms fan over the backyard, providing lovely shade and paradise. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous, and the poolside chairs were great for tanning! Inside was super clean and tidy, and all of the furniture and decorations were elegant and fun. The location is amazing, minutes from everything on Wilton Drive I highly recommend anyone to stay here. The house was gorgeous, and our hosts were very welcoming and enthusiastic.

Best location in Coconut Grove, and this unit has a beautiful view. Hosts were immediately responsive to requests, and were able to accommodate another night when my travel plans changed. I’d highly recommend!

Great updated place with a beautifully updated kitchen/living area. Has great views off the deck and from the living area. The pool area when you enter is also a great added bonus. Beds are super comfy, and the apartment was very clean overall. Very easy to find, and in a great location near Los Olas. Would def stay again.

Excelente estadía . El departamento se encuentra en la zona céntrica de Sunny , cuenta con supermercados, farmacias , locales de comidas y la playa. Muy bien equipado, nos sentimos como en nuestra casa. Ken siempre mantuvo una comunicación cercana y amigable y nos dio flexibilidad para el ingreso y la salida del departamento muy valorado por nosotros. SI volvemos a la bella MIami elegimos quedarnos en el dto de Ken.

This was home away from home. It had a cute ambiance and everything was clean and tidy. I’m currently in the middle of a move and it was everything my spouse and I needed. The check in process was easy and Ana was always responsive and available for questions or concerns. I have been living in Miami for a year and would recommend this place for those living here and for those visiting. Locations is also great as it is just a short drive to Calle 8, coconut grove, coral gables, the beach , etc. Would 100% stay here again.

Every detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, was meticulously curated for guest comfort. This property truly exceeded our expectations. Beautiful room overlooking the ocean and pools of Fountain Bleau. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay again! 12-15 min from South Beach by uber and plenty of restaurants nearby!

I had an amazing stay in Miami! The apartment is absolutely beautiful — stylish, modern, and very functional, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was spotless upon arrival, and the self check-in process was seamless thanks to the clear instructions. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be better — right on the beach with private access, which made the experience even more special. El dpto de Marlen está limpio , y era tal como mostró sus fotos. Linda vista a la pileta y muy completa tanto la ropa de cama, como toallas y reposeras para la playa ! La comunicación fue estupenda Lo volvería a elegir

El departamento tiene una hermosa vista al mar y está muy bien ambientado. Tiene una piscina muy linda que lamentablemente no pudimos usar debido al mal clima que nos toco. Nos sentimos cômodos y seguramente volveremos a alojarnos.

Estuvo todo perfecto, las fotos y la descrpcion reflejan la realidad, muy comodo, muy bien equipado, el departamento muy bien mantenido, linda decoracion, el edificio tambien muy bien, incluido zona de pileta y gym. Georgina super atenta y amable, respondiendo todas las consultas rapidamente. En un proximo viaje a Miami volveriamos al departamento sin dudas. Muchas gracias por todo Georgina
