Holiday rentals with a patio in Bay Shore

The apartment can easily accommodate 4 people. It’s very clean but not fancy. John was very attentive to my needs and was responded to my questions right away. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. There were a variety of restaurants within a short drive. There was off-street parking and I felt safe leaving the car the whole day.

Extremely satisfied with mine and my families stay! Great location. Cozy feel. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.

My Team was in Stamford for two nights to complete a job. The place was absolutely perfect. Clean, easy to find, and convenient to our job site. There was coffee, tea, and spices available to use. I highly recommend this airbnb.

I had a great stay here. The unit was just as described, clean and comfortable. There is a short walk and bus ride to NYC that takes about 30-45 minutes, so plan ahead. Nestor was responsive by phone and a great host overall.

These hosts take great care in making sure their guests feel welcome and at home. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed to relax after a couple of busy days. Their communication is top notch. And I cannot finish without mentioning the thoughtful snacks. That was really above and beyond - and very appreciated.

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. Bridget was very welcoming and a great host! This was one of the best stays we have had in an AirBnB and were amazed at all the thoughtful extras on hand. From the handwritten welcome note and snacks to the “if you forgot” like extra toothbrushes. If we are in the area again we will definitely try to book this space again.

My family of 4 (including a 2 and 6 year old) stayed at Chris’ place for two nights for a quick getaway for spring break. Chris was incredibly helpful, by providing suggestions for us/the kids on local attractions, and was quick to help us problem solve when we couldn’t find a blender attachment for our morning smoothies. The house is beautiful, well equipped (especially with kid-specific items (high chair, stroller, books), and he also provided some provisions for our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you’re looking to stay in this area!

My group had a wonderful stay. We felt right at home. The property was private and the house was clean. The backyard is beautiful with a great pool. Erol was responsive throughout our stay. I would stay here again!

Bengie's place was a great last minute find! My friends and I had a wedding to attend close to this airbnb and it was the perfect place to stay for the weekend. Definitely recommend!

Holy cow, this was the best Airbnb we've probably ever stayed in! The place was extremely comfortable and had so many amenities for us to use. The bathroom was small, but Regina did a fantastic job making sure there were "get ready" desks in each of the rooms. The beds were very comfortable, the water temp and pressure in the shower was fabulous, the fridge and freezer really came in handy and the location was great. I did feel bad for the owner underneath us and was worried the entire time about my 8 and 5 year old being crazy and stomping around, but the one time she heard us tell the kids to calm down, she said to not worry 😂 We saw a raccoon, deer, turkey, squirrels, chipmunks and so many different varieties of birds. This was a welcoming location and would definitely be back if we come back to the East Coast again soon!

We had a great time at the Airbnb. It was clean, well maintained and had a lot of amenities. The Hot tub was very nice and spacious and clean. The host was very nice and responsive, Overall it was a very nice stay.

This is our second stay here , would have been 3rd or 4th but was unavailable when I checked . Very close to restaurants , great south bay , movies , and many other activities . Catia always responds quickly with any answers to my questions , and was very welcoming prior and during our stay . Her place is clean , beds are comfortable and parking was plentiful . Will be back for sure .

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . This Airbnb was a very nice place to stay. We were visiting our family in Hoboken and it was very convenient with the location. The walk to the train was not that bad. It was about 15 minutes. Would probably stay again.

Excellent location! Very easy to walk to the Path to get to New York quickly. Very clean and had all the amenities to make the stay perfect.

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

We absolutely loved our stay at Laurie’s place in Hoboken! The home is exactly as pictured—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and incredibly well thought-out. Laurie has truly anticipated every need, making it easy to feel right at home. We were a group of six (three couples), and the space was perfect—spacious & comfortable. The beds were especially cozy. The location couldn't have been better—just a 10-minute walk to the PATH train, which made getting into NYC fast and simple. After long days exploring, it was so nice to return to a quiet, relaxing home base in Hoboken. The neighborhood itself is absolutely charming, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes. I only wish we’d had more time to enjoy Hoboken itself. We especially loved grabbing coffee just a block away at Hey Coffee People and relaxing in the peaceful backyard. All in all, Laurie’s place is a rare find. If it’s available, don’t hesitate to book. We’d return in a heartbeat!
