Holiday rentals with a patio in Bayerisch Gmain

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

Our stay at Markus's was great! For us, the starting point was perfect for our (racing) bike tours and hikes - directly from the front door to the Hochries and Kampenwand. The apartment is wonderfully equipped and a small oasis (the coffee machine makes the start to the day perfect; coffee beans are also available) Thank you :-)

What a gem 💎 of a place and Unken is such a beautiful little town and the gateway to a hiking and cycling paradise. Gabi and Josef were amazing hosts and had great recommendations for us, the walk around Dietrichshorn was an absolute highlight. We were very happy in this gorgeous apartment that had everything to make you feel at home 🏡

This has been one of my favourite Air BnB stays in the last 5 years. It reminded me of what Air BnB used to be like, atleast in Canada. A thoughtful space, a well stocked kitchen with Breakfast, and an attentive friendly host. Coming from Japan severely jet lagged, Michaela’s place was exactly where I needed to be to get recharged for the adventure ahead. I wouldn’t think twice about staying again!

This bnb was convenient to Salzburg yet also had a secluded and private feel to it. Only a few km from Salzburg, this spacious rental was large enough for my family of 5. The property backed up to a beautiful forest and creek. Bea was a great host, giving local recommendations, clear check in instructions, and responded promptly to any needs we had.

We had a wonderful week at Kristina's place. The place is a real godsend for anyone who wants to enjoy cozy mountain ambiance combined with great interior design We will be happy to come back!

We were guests of Petra and her husband from Friday to Sunday and felt comfortable right away. Every wish was immediately fulfilled with a smile. We liked the small apartment very much, it was sufficient for us, very clean and accessible via the separate entrance, stairs. The location is awesome, it couldn't be better, a beer garden by the lake, what more could you want. The snacks and the delicious cakes are highly recommended. Many thanks for the relaxing stay.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

Everything was well prepared. Communication and check-in went quickly and smoothly. We'll be back.

Our stay at Uli's was excellent, what we loved was that Uli personally welcomed us and provided us with valuable tips and information. There are also various travel guides in the room. Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly appointed so we didn't miss anything. Herbert welcomed us warmly and was an attentive, friendly host who was always available for questions. Thank you, Herbert, for this unforgettable holiday! We will be happy to come back.

We made a stopover in Bad Füssing on our way through and used the apartment with a total of 5 people. The stay was very pleasant. The apartment was extremely clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped – you immediately feel comfortable. Even though we unfortunately couldn't meet Christian in person (we arrived late), the check-in was completely uncomplicated. Everything was well prepared. The location is quiet and ideal for relaxing. Overall a very nice accommodation – we can definitely recommend it. We thank you very much and will be happy to come back when we have the chance! We really had everything we needed! The bus connection to the old town is excellent. Due to the quiet location of the apartment, we recovered very well. We will be happy to come back!

Thanks for a great stay! Everything was spotless and we felt very comfortable. The kitchen is super furnished and we were able to reach everything on foot as the train station, downtown and shopping are within walking distance.

This location was great for us as it was close to the town and friends/family we visited. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed us to be able to sleep really well. Thank you Bettina!

Great place. Beautiful, spacious and with a great garden.

Marc’s place truly felt like a home away from home , calm, private, and super spacious with heaps of storage. We stayed for almost a week and had everything we needed. The full kitchen and washing machine were such a bonus! Marc has thought of everything , we didn’t even need to reach out during our stay because it was all so well set up and convenient. Would absolutely love to come back one day!
