Surrounded by grasslands, the house offers a peaceful and authentic setting. Inside, modern comfort blends with the character of the stone. The gîte has a 15-meter indoor swimming pool, heated to 29 degrees all year round, for relaxing moments in any season.

Access to the owners' secure swimming pool heated from May to October (depending on the weather) and to the owners' hot tub from October to May

Our beautiful region offers many things to discover, you can also choose to take advantage of its calm, its greenery and its walking paths to recharge your batteries. Our accommodation (13 people max) is close to Caen (25 minutes) and the sea in a very beautiful countryside of the pre-bocage in Normandy. Easy access by car, train and airport. You will love our place because of its beauty, countryside, rest, horses (horseback riding possible), massages and indoor heated pool. Ideal for families of 4–10 people. The 4th bedroom is a very large hallway, so I very often put an extra bedroom in the annex for more comfort.

A walk in its 4 Ha park where goats, sheep, fallow deer, chickens, rabbits, swans, geese and ducks will thrive will delight young and old. Relaxation can continue at the chateau swimming pool and on the beach, an 8-minute walk away.
