Pedestrian street, many parking lots are accessible. In an old building, quiet and recently renovated. Please note, it is on the 4th floor without elevator access, building classified as typically Basque (We can't have everything!)

Equipped for 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 children ) the studio is not suitable for a stay of 4 adults. A balcony allows you to enjoy the sunny days and will be useful for smokers. The beaches of Anglet are 8kms away, Biarritz 11kms and Tarnos 7kms away. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment.
