Patrícia was extremely attentive from the beginning, sent us all the information we needed, indications of nearby beaches, exact location and remained available and attentive to everything. The house is complete, with a wonderful design. Each room is very cozy and perfect for relaxing. there are many beaches nearby, as well as other attractions

The house is beautiful. Exactly as shown in the photos. Well-ventilated, clean and fragrant house. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Exactly as we wanted. We'll be back more often for sure.

It's the second time I've been back with my family, we love the house not to mention the view of the sea and the very beautiful lake, very quiet optimum for rest, the homemakers are very helpful 10 note for them, the kitchen has everything you need.

We stayed at Henrique's house and we have nothing but praise! The house is exactly as in the photos - clean, organized, comfortable and with a perfect structure to receive the family. The location is great, close to everything we need. Henrique was an impeccable host: attentive, helpful and always available. Everything worked perfectly during the stay. What should I say about my experience? WONDERFUL!!! The house is perfect and very cozy… I enjoyed my stay and did a photo shoot and they were wonderful. Our accommodation was perfect, we didn't miss anything and the apartment, besides being very beautiful and very well decorated, is inside a resort where our son enjoyed all the local activities. The host was very polite and gave several tips on what to do in the neighborhood. We really appreciate it and we'll always come back.

We had a wonderful stay, in the best place to vacation in Fortaleza. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for the day to day, with new, modern kitchen appliances and tasteful decor. A very well decorated and beautiful apartment. Although the building is old and has many apartments under renovation, Daiane's is wonderful, well-equipped, has everything and was very clean.

Super clean and fragrant house, the only thing to say that it was disappointing that when I went I thought the pool space would be in good condition but the whole space was in The construction site and only one pool were working, but everything else was impeccable.

Well located apartment.. large condominium.. on the first day we had a little difficulty walking around it, it seems a little confusing but with the days we found ourselves lol.. Very close to the Beira Mar fair, a lot of movement on the street every day, including on weekdays. It's very hot at night, sleeping only with the air conditioning on. Denise is a very nice person... she gave us tips and helped us when requested.

The stay was for 3 couples, the environment is great, both the apartment and the building itself, the large rooms, good bathrooms, there are two suites and a bedroom with the bathroom in front, so it ends up becoming 3 suites (for those who go as a group of 6 people). The host provided a complete set of bedding and towels. Fully equipped kitchen, appliances, water filter and more, laundry area with machine. In front of the apartment, a great location on the waterfront, close to good restaurants, close to the fish market. Good leisure area on the ground floor, good gym.
