The location of this house is top notch! Minutes from the beach. We visited multiple times a day! The house is cute and has everything you need! Rob is very communicative and a great host. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay!

Terrific stay! I’ve rented a few condos here on Harbor Island over the past couple of years and this one was by far my favorite. The pictures online don’t really do the view justice - the condo and patio are positioned so that you have a direct view of the dunes and the ocean. It’s beautiful. The interior appears recently updated and everything was new and clean and modern. I had everything I needed for my week there When you stay on Harbor Island, make sure to stop by the Publix, Harris Teeter, etc on your way in and stock up. Harbor is a bit on its own out there but that’s the point. I recommend Seaside Bar and Grill a couple miles before the island for dinner (and Wednesday shrimp and wings). Johnson Creek Tavern is just past Harbor and has a lovely view of the inlet, but is expensive. Stop by Gay’s to pick up seafood for nights you plan on cooking in. This was a wonderful condo on a quiet, lovely island. I’ll seek this one out again for my next stay!

What a fun little home! Great outdoor spaces! The space is small but everything is thoughtfully laid out and does not feel crammed at all. Our trip was 3 adults and very active 4 year old and we had a great time! Jeana was super responsive and had great communication the whole time. We had everything we needed for our stay. The beach gear was definitely an added bonus!

The location is perfect. There are tons of upgrades and we needed nothing. The bedrooms are big and conformable and the family room is very big and comfortable, with a huge, new smart TV. We'll be back!!!

I really enjoy staying at Jackie's place. This was my second time staying at her place and my third time staying in the complex. The location is great. Close to the beach, shaded patio and backyard area, centralized location, close to shopping, easy to find and great for traveling with a dog. Condo was clean, roomy, temperature was good in the condo and bed was comfortable. I really like the shaded walkway across the street. Easy to walk my dog in the middle of the day. A trolly runs every 30 minutes in the area to. And there is a restaurant/bar across the street. The condo is .3 of a mile to the beach. There is pay for parking closer. The city raised the rates for parking this year. They have signs up to pay. You just need your license plate number and a credit card.

We loved our stay at Seascape! The house was adorable and within walking distance to the beach. It was very peaceful, the road wasn’t busy and we saw deer in the yard almost everyday. It was a great distance to local restaurants, it was just what we needed for the week!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The condo was very comfortable. Loved the very nice bathrooms, modern kitchen & appliances. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the porch & watching the sunrise every morning. The master bed was very comfortable & it was very nice having black out shades. We finally enjoyed the outdoor space & pool as well! Loved that it was not crowded. Enjoyed dinner nearby two nights in a row at great restaurants! Loved not having to leave Palmetto Dunes for the evening!

This was a cute place in a beautiful development with nice amenities. The star of the show is the wildlife a short walk away. I got to see a bald eagle walking along the water one morning.

The condo was modern and very clean. Very short walk to the beach and pool. Balcony view was great for a morning cup of coffee. Lee was very responsive to all questions. We would stay with Lee in the future.

This place was great, exactly what our family needed for our stay at the beach! Erik was responsive and proactive and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach amenitites were a huge plus. The condo is in a great, private location. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful condo! Beach towels, beach chairs and wagon made our daily trips to the beach very easy! Great hosts made our check in simple by communicating well in advance of our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place is truly unmatched and I cannot see ourselves visiting again without having an ocean front view. The view was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had — just stunning. Every morning and evening we found ourselves just sitting and staring out at the water. It was peaceful, relaxing, and honestly hard to leave. My morning and afternoon coffee was a highlight of mine. It was more than enough space for our family of four. Our five and three year old daughters loved the bunkbeds. The location was perfect too. We were only about 0.6 miles from the Coligny Plaza, which made for a short trip to restaurants, little shops, and anything else we needed. We didn’t feel like we had to drive much at all, which made the trip even more relaxing. If you're thinking about booking this place — do it. Between the view, the comfort, and how close everything is, it’s 150% worth it. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay for several nights! Can't beat the location & scenery! The inside is just like the photos. The King bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Short walk out to the beach/ocean. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch. We enjoyed eating at the Seacow & Crust pizza place. Crissy is a great host! We will return.

This space was perfect for two adults and two four year olds. We had a great time at Hilton Head steps away from the beach and the pool, scootering distance to the park at Coligny, and an easy drive to other attractions on the island. The unit has a great view and the kitchen was equipped with all we needed for cooking dinner, a quick lunch, and making smoothies. When we had a question, Heather was responsive, and check in/out went smoothly. I would definitely use this location as our home base for a beach trip again!

We enjoyed our trip here. Everything was as described. The weather wasn't ideal but we made the best of it. The beach here is different than any beach I've ever been to. The tides go out really far. We were able to watch the dolphins with a few doing some jumps on occasion. The wild life really is amazing. We used the park pass for Hunting Island multiple times. Hunting Island was great. The ocean there has better waves for boogie boarding. Stephen was very good at communicating and an excellent host.

The Palm Villa was the perfect place to stay for our family's first trip to Hilton Head! The villa was everything we hoped it would be. It's quiet, comfortable, clean, well-stocked with basics, and has a beautiful view looking out the sunroom. It's only a 5-minute walk to the beach, which is perfect if you're traveling with young kids. The villa is also near the entrance of Sea Pines, which made it easy for us to come and go as needed. Cory was a fantastic host and was very responsive and helpful during our trip. There were a few small maintenance issues with the villa and adjacent putting green that occurred during our stay, but Cory went above and beyond to address those (without disturbing our vacation) and make it right for us. Would definitely recommend; we hope to come back!

Loved my stay here. Nice, clean unit that is beautifully decorated. The location is amazing. You are just a couple minutes walk from the beach, pool and bar. Great hosts as well. Always quick to answer any questions and often provided helpful info before I had to ask. I wouldnt want to stay anywhere else when visiting Hilton Head Island.

Felt just like home ! Would definitely come back to this house in the future. 10/10

Our stay was fantastic, and our hosts were top notch responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our experience the best we could have hoped for! The space was great for our family of 4, giving us plenty of room in separate sleeping quarters and an open concept main living area for us all to eat meals together and spend quality time inside once we had enough sun and heat for the day. The pool was wonderful to enjoy daily. The beach was a little too untouched for us to feel comfortable getting into the water at the property but made for gorgeous photo opps. Not to mention, the public beach wasn’t a far drive and had ample parking to make a day of sand and beach waves for the kids to play in, and us adults to lounge under the umbrella with beach chairs the property had readily available for us to use, stored on the balcony. I would recommend this property and host to anyone looking for a beautiful beach vacation setting!
