Rated 2 stars in furnished tourism, I offer my little 26 m2 paradise facing Mont Blanc, warm and equipped for 1 to 4 people located on the 1st floor of a chalet with balcony that will offer you a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. 5 minutes from the ski slopes in winter (free shuttle in the residence) and heated pool in summer right in front of the chalet (open from July 1 to September 1). Village/Shops 8 km away, thermal baths and SNCF train station in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains 11 km away.

Studio in Arêches, ideally located and well-equipped

31 m2 studio located in a quiet residence, 800 m from downtown Arêches. Well-equipped kitchen, mountain area that can be isolated with a sliding door, bathroom with washing machine, beautiful living space and balcony. 1 double sofa bed and 1 bunk bed. Free outdoor parking. Typical village for skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, trail... In winter, ski departure on foot (or by free shuttle right in front of the chalet).
