The accommodation is very well placed to visit the castle of Ussé and close to the Abbey of Fontevraud and Chinon. A small supermarket is nearby. Parking too. We enjoyed everything and we'll be back with pleasure.

Accommodation in accordance with the description with a reasonable price, a super-equipped kitchen and even if the bathroom is not very large, we knew it and were not bothered. I recommend for the quiet, the 2 bedrooms and lots of utensils. It's rare. Thanks again, Delphine. We were delighted.

Clean house with anything you need. Very quiet neighbourhood and easy to find. We were very pleased to even find a personal greeting on a small blackboard at the entrance

Everything was beautifully clean and well thought out. A delightful stay. We met Bruno briefly when he came helpfully to rectify our foolish misunderstanding of the bathroom basin waste plug. We were very grateful for the care that they had taken to make sure everything that might possibly be needed was provided.

Eric and Céline have a beautiful house. They thought about everything. They gave us a warm welcome with beautiful roses in a vase. There is a nice secluded garden upstairs for having breakfast or dinner. We enjoyed very much our stay, it is so quiet there, the house so full of taste. Saumur is nearby and a nice city. We strongly recommend this house.

This stay was a gift for my parents. We had already done this and we had the idea to offer them. Like us , they thought the place was atypical and amazing. A soothing and easy-to-reach place. A clean and well-equipped place. Nearby there is Saumur and the zoo to visit. the area is very friendly. And thank you again to the responsive hosts whose access details are clear

Peaceful stay near Saumur, impeccable and carefully renovated and decorated accommodations. Many tours within 15 minutes or less. We were charmed and will probably come back to the area. Thanks!

Sarah’s apartment was the perfect quick little stopover whilst we’re on our roadtrip. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, uber well equipped and in a gorgeous walkable location. The apartment was very clean and the bed was also comfortable! Water pressure in the shower was great too. I wouldn’t recommend bringing a large suitcase as the building is very old and has narrow doors and stairs (the apartment is on the 2nd floor). Sarah was also a very friendly host; offering recommendations of restaurants and boulangeries that were great. All in all, a great value stop in a gorgeous little town, I couldn’t recommend it more! Thank you Sarah!

I had a great time. The accommodation is well located with plenty of restaurants in the pedestrian street. I recommend this spacious and pleasant accommodation!

The stuff fairytales are made of. Staying directly under a castle. The apartment is so well appointed. Bathed in sunlight in the mornings. Spacious & tastefully decorated. Easy 5 min walk to the centre of town. Beautiful walks across the road by the Loire. The castle is an easy 10 min walk to the castle. The apartment feels very safe. The hosts are very friendly, helpful & responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

Saumur is a super town to visit, and this apartment is a great base, very central to the restaurants and shops, and a short walk up to the castle and other sights, It’s a nice flat as well and a on a quiet road. Anaïs, Joëlle and Pierre were very helpful.

Jean Philippe was wonderful. He met us and showed us the apartment and explained how to use all the items. The apartment is very quiet and is in a beautiful courtyard. The coffee machine gave us the best coffee so far on our trip. I really appreciate that Jean Philippe supplied us with lots of coffee. These little details make a huge difference. We loved the location. The bed and the bath were very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very beautiful accommodation, as described and very well equipped. Isabelle was very available to welcome us with great kindness in her living space. The bakery at the foot of the building is a real plus, as well as free parking nearby. A 160cm bed will bring a little more comfort. Thanks again, we'll be happy to come back.

Dominique was very welcoming and helped carry our bags up to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The location was convenient for access to the old town and free parking nearby. We think our baby woke up the next door neighbour in the middle of the night, which we are sorry about 🫣 but we would stay again if Dominique would have us!

Good experience. The accommodation was as described. Very pleasant, well arranged, very warm and functional. The bed is very large and access to the garden (a real little green oasis) is a real bonus. The only downside could be the parking. At times when the neighborhood is busy, it is rather difficult to find a place to park near the accommodation. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Saumur.

A great place to stay! A few things were a little broken, and needed repair, but overall a great spacious flat. Could have done with more cooking utensils and pots/pans as we struggled to cook with what was there! Fab location- loved the street. Great outdoor area & private parking which was exceptional.

We had a great time in this apartment. Laurence is smiling, warm and very responsive. The apartment was spotlessly clean. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation, and we will gladly return for a future stay. Thomas & Isabelle
