Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bedford

The place was very organized and welcoming. It had everything we could need, it was in a very clean condition, and very well equipped. There was a guide with things to do and places for food. One thing to keep in mind is that there is an open roof so id recommend bringing eye masks. It was fun watching the wild life out the window.

This is a beautiful property. It is clean , cozy , wonderful amenities and responsive hosts. we felt right at home . The property is just as described and as represented in the photos. I will certainly book this again on my next visit.

A beautiful home, with creatively designed renovations. Lots to do in the area and amazing restaurants and breweries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Colin's and hope to stay again when visiting Halifax!

Wonderful spot. Well appointed and a bonus my small little four legged friend could join us. The view and new oceanside deck were spectacular. My only wish was that we could have had great weather. Mother nature wasn't on our side. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Cheers! Nicole

It was a place like more than a home. Feeling of residing in a resort. We liked very much. In future when ever we plan to visit this side we will see that we come and relax in the place

This is a special home and one of our favorite Airbnb stays. The house is beautiful The grounds are also lovely. Our kids loved playing in the yard and rolling down the hill. Great kitchen and space. We loved the original beams and artwork throughout the house. We loved the TV room and DVD collection for family movie night. The location is excellent. We really enjoyed nearby Bayswater beach. It was also a great jumping off point for trips to Chester, Luneberg, and Peggy’s Cove. Highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting a tranquil stay in a beautiful and welcoming home in NS.

This is a perfect place for a large group gathering. Close to downtown (walkable to most locations), lots of sleeping space, more than enough bathrooms, functional and spacious living area, well-appointed kitchen. Everything in the kitchen is labeled so you never have to find time looking for things. My only suggestion would be to put instructions for the very nice (but complex) coffee maker on the inside of the cupboard door where the coffee is! We have booked this space 2 years in a row for a work conference and we will definitely be booking again! And if you are very skillful there is more than enough parking space! :) Thank you for your hosting us!

Was exactly what we wanted, outside of the hub bub but close enough to the city to do everything we wanted to do.

This might be my favourite AirBNB of all time. If you’re looking for an authentic East Coast-esque yet modern and cozy spot nestled in the heart of Downtown Halifax, this is the place. The ceilings are low— tall people be wary of that— but it’s so insanely perfect otherwise. The hosts have really created something special in this historical unit, and you’ll be comfortable here without a doubt (plus will save a fortune in Ubers with how walkable literally everything is while you’re here). Additional win: they’re the kind of hosts that actually let you be a guest, and don’t require you to clean out the wahoo before your departure. 11/10!!

This was a lovely place to have a relaxing and peaceful getaway! The house was spotless, one of the cleanest places I've stayed at! The view of the lake was beautiful and it was lovely to have the option to use the kayaks and paddle boards! The chickens were great to watch and you couldn't hear them inside the property at all! I would recommend Victoria's Air bnb to anyone in the area! I look forward to staying here again in the future!

We stayed for 6 months and it was absolutely wonderful! There were lots of beaches and trails nearby to take our dog. The views were amazing! We even saw a seal once! The apartment was beautiful as well, especially the kitchen (as someone who loves to cook and bake it was perfect!) It's the perfect distance from Halifax if you don't like the bustle of a city but still want to do some sightseeing if you don't mind driving a bit! Overall we loved every part of our stay :)

The apartment exceeded our expectations it was even better in person than in the photos. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, so we didn’t have to bring anything extra. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of pillows provided. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, it was a 10/10 stay. Highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful stay. The property is so beautifully landscaped by Bruce and Leesa. You can see the love and care they put into it. The inside was no exception. It felt warm and inviting. Leesa and Bruce are wonderful people. Very friendly and put us at ease right away. Really really nice couple. Don't think twice about booking this place. You will not be disappointed. The property was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet at nights, a must for me. Perfect size for my husband and I. Walkable to downtown restaurants, pubs and the waterfront, less than ten minutes. Grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store all a five minute walk. Turn left down Queen St. Host, Jillian was great. Answered any questions in a very reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
