Tanner Farm Coach House was perfect for a longish stay in-between house moves. The super-fast broadband was brilliant for work, which is an essential for me, & on top Christina was also really welcoming and friendly, & has a lovely, caring and fun approach to life in general & to her airbnb guests in particular. The accommodation is quality and the setting on the farm is very charming. Loved it ! 100% recommend.

Jay was very welcoming and engaging. Friendly and professional with a lovely hut that was well described with very clean facilities. When my wife wasn’t well he was flexible on the checkout time which was much appreciated. I expect we’ll book to stay there again and happy to recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay. The lodge is beautiful and perfect for a weekend stay like we booked. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Bring coffee as there is a cafetiere there to use. Bear in mind the outside area is overlooked from the main house. The lodge exceeded our expectations - the photos don't do it justice! We wouldn't hesitate to come back.

An excellent self-contained studio in a quiet cul-de-sac. The studio was clean, well equipped with plenty of space. Comfortable bed and efficient shower. A small outdoor patio seating area. A good location for visiting both Kent & East Sussex. A beautiful area with numerous National Trust buildings & gardens in the area. I really enjoyed my visit, Paul was a lovely host & I highly recommend the studio to anyone thinking of booking.
