The stay was pleasant and calm. it felts like we were at home. The location is very nice and near to Mahalaxmi Temple. Host Amruta madam was really helpful and proactive to guide us for the spots and restaurant. The caretaker Suraj was also available always on the call and helping us as and when required. Overall stay was stress free and calm.. Thank you Amruta madam for such good property..

We had an amazing and very comfortable stay. Pranav was no doubt a great host, he was very prompt about the local recommendations where you get the best misal, bhel, etc. You ask and he knows the best place. The location was good all local stores were right in the building. Overall had a wonderful experience.

I stayed at Vaibhav's place for three days for a business trip. Vaibhav is a great host, very responsive and a charming personality. The property is very nicely located in a peaceful neighborhood with a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Full marks on cleanliness and quality of furnishings. Will definitely revisit and do recommend to other travellers.

Apartment was clean, with a comfortable bed and modern decor. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend to anyone visiting.

the host was very professional, prompt and responsive. the caretakers - Aman and his wife were committed and genuine. They even replaced the gas cylinder with their own to ensure there was no disruption. I think more than the place, it is the people that bring the airbnb proposition to life. And my strong suggestion is to pick the place basis review of the people than the place itself. the place can be fixed is the people are good. And in this instance, the host and his caretakers were kind and nice. so it all turned out well. i am local goan - and my advice is that the general goan population has no idea of what international tourists expect from a service perspective. So avoid hosts who are goans - save for my hosts who i think are local but yet international in their kindness :)

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The interiors were cozy and well-furnished, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and Goan charm. The location was fantastic—close to all the popular beaches, cafes, and nightlife spots, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet when needed. It served as the perfect base for exploring North and South Goa. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the stay. From local recommendations to smooth check-in/check-out, everything was handled with professionalism and warmth. The Wi-Fi was strong, the air-conditioning worked great (a must in Goa’s weather), and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It really felt like a home away from home. The stay was amazing. Host is very friendly and gave us recommendation which made our trip much easier. Room was great from utensils to pool everything was great . If I ever comeback to Goa I would 100% again book the stay and would also recommend others.

The place is minimalistic and gorgeous, has all the amenities one can ask for. The society is beautiful and equipped with all facilities, the host is responsive and helped us all throughout. The airport is just at a 10 min distance. We had an early morning flight and could easily get a cab from here, overall a great stay.

It was actually a great place to stay The place is great, comfortable bed and clean bathrooms and with beautiful views of the swimming pool the host was very helpful.

The flat was good and looked just like the pictures, but there’s nothing much to do nearby — you have to travel to reach any destination.

Had a pleasant stay with my family when i came down to GOA for a wedding. House was clean and well maintained. Had a smart tv that functions well. The beds in both the rooms was so comfortable. Overall i do recommend staying at this airbnb. The host was really attentive as well.
